I’m glad I found out this was an exclusive political group/club because my Christianity makes me uncomfortable supporting extreme political groups.
Do you realize that roughly HALF the people you run across on a daily basis are ( O.M.G. ) **NOT** members of your political party? Think about it and grow up.
I still haven’t watched the video but this daughter of a veteran might watch it with the son of a marine. Our parents (and other family members) stepped up to serve and gave us ALL the right to our own opinions and the right to live unmolested by name-calling bullies.

Pam@ I didn’t realize your troubles but I knew you were interesting and compassionate. Over 365 times does the Bible tell us not to fear… which is why I don’t think God has ever been a mother. My condolences for the enormous loss of your son.

When my kids were young I made them practice our phone number and address. I told them if we got separated that if they could find some other kids to ask their mommy to help ‘you’ or find a lady who might be the same age as grandma or aunt so-and-so and see if they can call the police for ‘you’.
I have recently been warning my 30 year old son only to be met with that barely indulgent tone. However, his brother from another mother agreed with me and has earned my gratitude.
With any luck your kids will pick up on the BF related conversations you have with other calm adults and will gather their own information.Something you might think about is whether you are showing the behavior you wish to see from your kids. If you are deliberately placing yourself in danger ( be honest with yourself… be honest with your future 13 year old daughter who can spot a hypocrit 20 miles away ) then you’re going to have to have a different kind of conversation.
Do you place yourself in danger because you are a thrill seeker?
Or are you an experience seeker because you don’t feel there is danger?
