We are all playing a major role in acknowledgement of Sasquatch, albeit pawns beginning the big match.With all due respect, Chris, go back and read Stevens last post. It’s cryptic, and the issue is skirted with apologies and sympathetic twisted gestures, but the message screams out loud and clear and he really has no authority or right to make such accusations toward another individual on theory.
Mos response is harsh but justified. Steven needs to take a back seat and let the drivers, drive.

You can use every excuse in the book to defend your friends, but the fact remains, it is in your words, a “theory”. It’s never ok to call someone a thief, based on your theory. You would be laughed out of a courtroom.

Knobby, don’t forget that there are a few issues at play here. The smoke and mirrors and so called friends who feel the need to speak out behalf of BTW are complicating it with hearsay
1 – mo called Bob out on an audio recording and was lambasted for it by Bob. This is not hearsay, Mo explains this.
2 – mo specifically states that he was not transferred any money to pay back refunds. Not hearsay. On the other hand, who is claiming otherwise. Who in BTW is going to come forward and state that Mo was given money for refunds. I am not talking about the payment he received for his services, which seems to be a bone of contention. No need to reiterate, but a business needs to pay employees and if you wish to volunteer then that is your own decision.
3 Refunds. I have tried without success to get someone to address the refund at BTW. Mo has been the only individual who has been kind enough, considerate enough and professional enough to remain in contact and come up with some options.I too got wind of what I was told was a near death experience. That Bob had suffered a massive stroke and therefore was unable to contact anyone. I was told to be patient as Bob had control of the funds and was unable to attend to the business. I’m glad he has made such a swift recovery.
If Steven or anyone else will avoid skirting the issue with these phrases of “it was my understanding”, “I have it in good standing”, “an inside source told me” and come out with some truths, this would certainly make a difference. Be courageous enough to state the truth and then be willing to back it with concrete evidence. Otherwise, yes, this is all toilet paper and smelly, very smelly at that.
Ditto, Paul. Couldn’t have said it better. If volunteer researchers chose not to get paid knowing this was a business venture, then shame on them. To expect those who took a pay check to repay the debt, is absurd.
Bob Garrett is responsible and as CEO or whatever title he holds, he needs to hold a meeting with his researchers,(all of them) and clear the air of any and all misconceptions, confusion and the like. He also needs to repay his debt to participants. The transferring of money issue is all hearsay.As a participant in the 3rd excursion (raid) I was utterly in shock over Bob telling (not asking) us to lie to Feds if they came into camp. Denial in making payment. The more I think about it, who would ask virtual strangers to lie to federal agents without batting an eye. What does this say about his character? It wasn’t easy to lie about this and I’m embarrassed that I was somehow manipulated into doing so. Guess what I’m trying to say is that I would never ask anyone to lie for me.(makes me wonder what other issues he has asked people to lie about)
Well, you figured wrong on all counts. My trip to Texas was to go on a Sasquatch excursion. Not be harassed by Feds. Which is something I could have creatively done on my own had that been my objective. My standards are obviously different than yours.
So maybe it’s time to put your money where your mouth is. You claim you’ll pay the 500.00. I can arrange for you to transfer the funds. I will gladly silence myself once received. Until then, we shall have to agree to disagree on what is considered value for ones money.Hey Rob,

I’m ticked that I’m the one who needs to do the chasing. Honestly, this is an internal issue with BTW and should be handled professionally by the team. The payment was made and sent to Bob, and one would assume that Bob would handle this, and communicate to us.

I’m assuming your post is in response to my thread. What did you do, copy it from their website? I have been that route already, thank you very much.
Maybe I wasn’t clear enough. Who is the contact person and when can I expect someone to contact me.
