I can imagine how busy Wes is, it’s apparent he has assistance. I’m not sure why it was so important you had to include this note.
I tried using “Tools” as you noted, again not understanding why this again was important for you to include.
I was under the impression asking for help in locating a certain Episode would not be so difficult.
I can continue my Search hoping I can locate what I’m looking for.
Lastly, your last condescending paragraph was not necessary since you actually contradicted yourself in your last sentence in that last paragraph.
Just a lil constructive feedback, try to find solutions for those who take the time to ask for help instead of excuses how not to. And then try to back peddle after all said and done.
