While this is not specifically “taught” in scripture. I think you can infer at least some of this from the scriptures. Here are a few examples that i can think of…

Genesis 18:1-33 (Three Men Visit Abraham) – In this passage you will find 3 angels eating and drinking with Abraham.

The following scriptures show Jesus eating after his resurrection.
Luke 24:41-43
John 21:4-14

I think it’s safe to say that while angels may not HAVE to eat or drink, that they are capable of operating in the physical realm when they choose to do so.

I’m not going to touch the second half of the statement about physical bodies and lust as anything I can say would be conjecture.
