Yes, of course I realize that abt the forum. However, the forum was supposed to be an added bonus, a way to connect with others. I will be fine with less content. My call. My opinion.
Sharing on the show is a different avenue than sharing on the forum. I can see how a new user would be surprised by the topics covered off here. I am cancelling my membership in all liklihood. I love the show and think very highly of Wes but the forum is continually hijacked by the same users who enjoy their opinions likely far more than the rest of us. It’s not the same as it was (and I have been a member since the early days) and if people are happy with it, that’s great. It’s not for me so I’m checking out. Thanks.
When the majority of people here have lived life as a female and experienced the endless BS women deal with such as dirty looks, side remarks, anger directed at you for not flirting back with someone, inappropriate jokes in inappropriate places, staring and more staring at your breasts, fear of men stalking you, walking behind you in dodgy areas etc, THEN you can properly weigh in on Me Too and have a more rounded sense of why some women don’t report assaults / rapes. You don’t get it because it hasn’t happened to you. You don’t get it because you’re physically bigger and unlikely to be a victim. And don’t throw anecdotal male victim stats at me bc this is not what the topic is about. What a joke.

Grant – that was mentioned on an early episode of SC. Interesting idea, I suppose but hard to make happen.
Guys, I’m sure he knows how to take a vacation. He can pre-record shows and zip off to wherever his heart desires. We don’t own the guy, it’s not our place to offer him a vacation.

Lewis, I meant that if we call other beings who live on different planets aliens then aren’t we that too – we live on a planet in outer space just like them. I get your point about being native to planet earth but my thought was around ‘how are we any different from other beings who we call aliens’. I’m native to this rock too.
