ParticipantTry signing out and signing back into the app on your phone. While, I’m just another user, I think there is a good chance this will fix things for you. See the other app thread for details.

ParticipantIs it spamming you with error popups when you start the app? Had that happen recently on 1.0.3 when a bunch of backend work was done on the site a week ago ish.
Anyways, I fixed it for myself by going into the settings of the app, logging out, then logging back in.
I think the app saved something about it’s session that it shouldn’t have and essentially needed to be logged out and in to reset it.
Hope that helps you.

ParticipantFYI
I know it’s just wikipedia but this is kind of just background info to me at this point and the page is accurate.

ParticipantIt’s how it is unfortunately. I’m lucky enough to mostly listen while I’m coding, so for me it’s easy to just leave a tab open and listen through the web browser for listening to back episodes. However, it’s not as easy for those that want to listen through their phones on the go.

ParticipantI’m unsure. If it wasn’t so cold I’d go stick my bare foot in the mud to create a “test” of the tech. Anyone that wants to do that where it’s warmer would have my gratitude. lol, yeah I’m a wimp about it but it’s still 42F this morning and my body is nope’ing right on out of that idea.

ParticipantI assume you are talking about the sasquatch chronicles app?
I just double checked that the newest episode plays from it on my phone and it does. It just has the problems described here: http://sasquatchchronicles.com/forums/topic/sasquatch-chronicles-app-4/
If this is not what you mean, please try to elaborate more on the specifics and I may be able to help figure out whats going on and give you a hand fixing it.

ParticipantNot sure about printing them out as you’d have to make an inverse of the scan to get your typical kind of foot print to print out of the 3d printer. The other problem that I’ve seen is that hobbyist level 3d Printers usually don’t have a big enough of a print bed to to print out a human foot print let alone a bigfoot.
But I’m fascinated by the idea as the files from the scans could be shared from person to person far easier than plaster casts. A repository of scans could even be put up online in some sort of database for people to look at and examine on their own.

ParticipantVideos like that remind me of UFO “researchers”. Just because you can’t identify what made the movement doesn’t mean that it was a bigfoot. I’ve watched videos where I was unsure what I was looking at because there was something weird there. But this one, all it is evidence of is that there are animals in the forest.

ParticipantThat’s not peace it’s appeasement. Europe tried that in last century. Trump was just Putin’s bitch. He made this war worse by strong arming Ukraine looking for dirt on Biden. Mango Mussolini is a traitor.

ParticipantInterestingly enough, I can’t seem to replicate this problem in the Android app so far. Which means the problem seems to be confined to the iOS version/target.

Unfortunately, I can’t fix it so that it just works, as it’s not my work. However, I can probably explain it a bit better.
So I don’t know what model of iPhone you have but if you have a fingerprint scanner / home button, you double click the home button to get a display of all the apps you have open on your phone.
If you have an iPhone with FaceID you do a short swipe up from the bottom of the screen to go back to your home screen but if you do a longer swipe up from the bottom of the screen you get to the display of all open apps.
From there you can swipe left and right to highlight the Sasquatch Chronicles App. At that point you swipe the app towards the top of the screen to kill it. When you then relaunch the app from the home screen it will work.
Hopefully Wes can get his developers to look at this because it’s definitely some form of resume problem, which means that it is basic app lifecycle issue that they should be able to solve.

ParticipantYou have to swipe up on ios and kill the app and relaunch it. When it goes to background when you just go to the home screen, it doesn’t resume correctly. Maybe the same behavior on Android, if I remember I’ll throw it on a device to check later.
