I’ve been back and forth with the app and web developers for months now and they (obviously) haven’t been able to pin down where the issue is stemming from. Hi Chris, when you play an episode and click on the player at the bottom of the app, click on the heart icon. It will save it for offline listening under your profile (icon in top right corner).
