Its in WJ Sheehan’s books. There are currently nine volumes. Thats one of my favorite encounters in all the books. The descriptions are amazing! The books are called Bigfoot: Terror in the Woods: Sightings and Encounters. WJ and his brother KJ also have a podcast by the same title. His and this podcast are the only two i listen to.
