I’m originally from the E Texas area (Longview, Gilmer). I live in Phoenix now, but am headed back to visit my family at the end of April for my Granny’s 80th birthday. That sounds like a lot of fun. Me and a couple of my Tx buddies want to paddle down the Sabine river late at night. I hear that they can be very aggressive in that area so we will be packing some heat. Hopefully, it will never come to that, but if it does, better them than me. lol
