Listen to Episode 158 its a pretty good encounter. (BC)
I have lived about an hour north of Toronto in Ontario for 42 years, and as Knobby says there is so much forest, many many lakes and rocky rough terrain (check out a view on Google maps) probably thousands of lakes of all different sizes province wide. Most of the population that makes up Ontario lives in the southern section as also mentioned. Ontario is probably better than 90% wilderness with little or no road access to any of it which means only by foot, canoe and bushplane. Perfect for Sasquatch to go unnoticed by humans and so very few encounters. I believe he’s up here and because our winters are so long and cold its not likely the northern part of our province will not see any population growth to cause such interactions with him. Although such interactions still surely occur.
