Its YouTube to blame. They harvest off everyone getting clicks. They allow cowboy posting as it gives them revenue regardless. Its really up to Youtube to request authentication and stop being greedy.

Oh this idea is mad, very smart. Yes make a dummy out of clothing somebody volunteers to wear x 3 days and unwashed bedlinens. Wrap the player in corrogated cardboard but for a small channel to muffle electronics sounds….do a real thorough good job.
    But its SO funny!
And do S’quatches snore, and would that rattle every tree for miles around ha ha ha so funny!

@Gumshoguy, thanks for your welcoming reply.
Seems you and are among the respondents, are the only two in this wire (bird’s eye view) overlooking the big picture from the basics of why law can in my opinion be more powerful. Especially ie how does bagging another one change things?
Discussions so far have identified yes we have the power to kill but need more than force to change the will of a blatantly negligent bunch of gov agencies.

Typical bias of the gov agencies cannot be changed by presentation of the facts. This is the inherent problem. Go in circles and present them with another body, facts again again…will not change gov bias.

Thank you for enlarging on the USA procedural obstacles facing petition making. Here in Australia I occassionally listen to the either state or federal parliamentary debates and discussions by various elected representatives and enjoy it, and I love hearing people driving home a point with a passion. And petitions are brought forward by elected members. All we have to do is get, like, a million zillion bonafide signatures…but no where near as hard as y’all have it.

Australia is pretty famous to you Yankees so maybe you good men could bag one here and go on live feed the world over… Crocodile Dundee bags a Yowie. Keep words few and let actions speak for themselves.

Same for Canada. Nowhere near as dysfunctional … The complex processes you outlined just to create an effective petition boggles my mind. I thought, if one had clearly worded intent and enough signatures then that should be it, and begin the process of the creation of a new law based on common law ie duty of care, for example, as a regulatory thing that parks and wildlife management practices must include or face xyz penalties and liabilities.

So mystifying why this particular problem….
As for me, I was working as a security officer a few years, and in several areas not only typical crowd control and I have an interest in how law works. Im personally heartfelt grateful we have law enforcement, your basic police & detectives…. because in some countries they have not achieved this higher expression of human dignity, respect and care and it breaks my heart people miss out and yet need constabulary.
I read a book about hiw they tamed New York – my dad was from an area near Brooklyn. In those days law enforcement just beat the c out of the bad guys… The history of law enfircement is fascinating. The Canadian mounted police had some noble souls.
Sometimes I pray for detectives and solutions to come, for cold cases. Courage and bravery and persistence… And people have no idea about law.
I realise its been ponerised to quite a degree in the States (political ponerology is the study of evil behavior in collusion in high places to gain advantage) but
Big Foot? Really?? I shake my head

    Cheers Mr. Gumshoguy

I just read your post about the Indian girl hiding from cowboys who were in pursuit of a BF. Your description of their uncanny abilities to hide, leap, double back is so clear and informative. Such a creature is not glaring hate vibes at a hunter either. What youre describing is where we get guerilla warfare tactics ideas from. Im a fan of yours now! Amazing!

Thanks Gumshoguy. This is a good place to debrief. My initial contribution was about how we the people achieved safety gear for men in mines, and stopped tobacco companies advertising at kids’ sporting events.
After taking in the above, and the part about the dark hatred encounter feelings, feeling lured…
And, your observation that the anomolies are way fewer than the main body of reports it seems to me the mad science with unlimited funding is in the mix and, from the old stories of rare times of bigfoot cohabitation with man or mutual assistance for survival…I love that story about the gold panning man who was dying of pnuemonia fever and was unable to do much but pass out, going to die but in his delerium Old Man of the Forest may be the reason why the next time he woke up he was being tended to by humans at the edge of the forest, miles away from his dying place… Having recalled that aspect,
Seems there’s a fork in the road then further layers of complexity.
May I propose (rather than a kill then team effort towards the fastest broadest simultaneous disclosure possible) a class action lawsuit and physical letter writing campaign by all who can add – to add their physical presence to the concerns.
This can ocur alongside any civilian effort at obtaining tangible proof but, we defeated the tobacco companies, we have Workplace Health & Safety laws now. We have such things as Criminal negligence in the penal codes…its not just a traffic fine/regulatory offence to deliberately allow people to walk right into danger.
So what they threaten to close the Parks? Kings have hung the poorman for centuries…all that it would prove is they are culpable (in not providing HONESTY of disclosure of the supposed danger of the encounters with the more rogue curious, bored type ones that go roaming too close to us).
Sorry to go on…bit passionate on the topic. Fantastic show episode 308
    Cheers from Yowie-land

Thanks for posting those beautiful lyrics to such a song… and now I finally know the name of it. This song is soothing after some hair raising heart wrenching dialogues.
We’d I suppose you are in a funny place of what to do…stay the course is what to do. The biggest fulfillment comes with consolidated growth, determination and integrity. You have a bit of a hard task, but it’s a heart task. Thank you Wes
