I just want to say that the same thing happened to us with our new car and we ended up taking it back to the dealership over and over again for them to find nothing wrong. Then we discovered that there is a second set of radio controls in the back of the center console for rear seat passengers that our dogs were hitting at random – changing stations, volume, turning on and off, etc. Not saying that’s what’s going on with your car just what happened with us. Once we figured it out, we covered that control up with something rigid and no more problems.

Hello Kelly W. I live in Mineral which is 4 miles from Elbe. We’ve lived here for 18 years and have never been bothered. I heard some screams about 7 years ago but that’s it. I’m sure they are around, or migrate through, but Other than sighting reports I’ve not heard of anyone having any negative encounters. We do live right in the town (there’s like 200 people in Mineral – like Elbe!) but I’ve not heard of anyone even in the more rural areas having any problems. That’s not to say you couldn’t run into one on a hike in the woods – I’m just saying we don’t seem to have any troublesome, aggressive ones in the immediate area. I think you’re going to love it here – it’s lovely.

Thank you Tommy – that’s very kind! I’m 50 years and 3000 miles beyond all that at this point. Left and didn’t stop until I got to the Pacific Ocean – lol! Believe me, I’m sure it’s just one episode, I have no doubt. I’m with the others that say you should put it in a book -I’d buy it! You say it’s squatchy where you live now, only 20 miles from where you had your encounter, have you seen or heard anything?

Hello Tommy, as a fellow survivor of child abuse I applaud your courage in coming forward and telling your story. Unless you have experienced how truly horrific human beings can be to each other it can be more difficult for some to believe the abuse over the encounter. The things you were going through were a part of the explanation of why and how you ended up in that swamp, that led to your encounter, and also gave you the strength to not let the experience break your mind. You already knew that there were monsters in the world. In your case, the big, hairy, stinky one that came out of the forest was the lesser monster. The descriptions of your experiences and of the female Sasquatch were so vivid and complete. Thank you for having the courage to share the entire story.
