ParticipantWell, Maque Choux, shrimp & CRAB gumbo, you are legit…lol. I know what the m stands for in your user name ” Melancon “. Just one question, where did you find the blue crab?

ParticipantSorry about your brother M99. Yes I have been to the PNW, After I graduated one of my friends dad had a horse transportation business and pretty much been all over lower 48 for a few years. PNW is very beautiful, and I know the climate makes SE Texas look like hades in the rear veiw mirror, but this is where family and friends are and I get homesick way too quick lol. And as I’ve said I’ve been all over this country, and nowhere can you find the food we have here in SE Tex. And SW La. and you know thats the truth M99 lol.

ParticipantYes, I live on the Texas gulf coast, Pt. Arthur to be exact and I get very nervous every hurricane season. Praying for all our coastal communities.

ParticipantI don’t mean to be cynical, but if any guest have photographic evidence and they don’t plan on sharing it along with their encounter story I wish Wes would just ask them to paleeez keep it to themselves. I think I speak for some others here, that it’s all a bit frustrating.

ParticipantLol…Me and my buddy was there last summer. Wasn’t looking for bf and didn’t see him either. Boykin spring is a camp ground, and they have someone that stays there watching over the place and collecting fees for camping. We went there just for some water out of the spring. Going to have to listen to that Outlaws episode, had no idea it was boogery. The terrain is hilly with huge old growth pine.

ParticipantAre we dealing with the myth of bf vs. the reality of just what one of these creatures are capable of. Imo sure he probable could have jumped over that fence no problem, but just because it could would it. Steven made a good point about how such a bold move could put it at risk of blowing it’s cover. It just seems to me that this guy is in full blown stealth mode and jumping over the fence just isn’t necessarily an advantage in its exit. I find the locomotion of it so smooth and effortless, like on rails as described often. Something else I’m surprised no one mentioned is the huge foot pivot MK discusses in the vid. Maynard posted. One more thing, I keep asking myself if this is a bf, just what is he up to? I here chickens, is this guy a egg thief?

ParticipantLol…I’m sorry Marlene, I truely didn’t mean any harm, but all the ballet and dry ice and the junk dangling with tights and pants legs. Whew, just had me going good. Dang it, can’t get this tutu wearing BF image out of my head now.

ParticipantMarlene, In the words of my fellow east Texaner Sheldon Cooper “is that sarcasm”? I don’t know if I should laugh or scratch my head in bewilderment?

ParticipantLol…I had to measure, my inseam is 31 inches. Yes I agree about picture, my guess is that this is a adolescent. He just acts like a sneaky teenager.

ParticipantSteven your spot on, if you look at M K’s hand I’m guessing conservatively 3’6″,but my educated guess would be around 4 foot, and I do have experience in these matters. Being a Texas boy I’ve crossed my fair share of fence’s,I’m not about to go over a fence at 3’6″ the way this guy did and did so effortlessly, I’m going to find a gate. Myself at almost 6 foot there’s no way I could do what this fella did.
