Great post Papa Yeti! I wholeheartedly agree! The whole issue of how we deal with long term chronic pain & mental health issues, just to name a few, in our society has to change. Good sleep habits indoctrinated at childhood is essential. Yet in today’s world, for say a teenager, it is dang near impossible. I have a 14 yr old son that’s a freshman in HS and is on football team. On the bus at 645am for school, then 3 hr practices after school til 6. Game days? Not even home eating dinner til 10pn or later is usually the case. Ok, I’m getting off topic her…sorry! But I agree, getting help us a must so that adequate sleep can become the foundation for healing!
