No doubt that place is a hotbed of Sasquatch activity. I had a spooky experience outside of Molalla on the Molalla River. I talked about it on Wes’s show, and then he shared a story told to him about the same place. http://sasquatchchronicles.com/sc-ep369-that-feeling-of-being-watched-members/

Knobby, thanks for the explanation. Thanks for the background information, and the video. I am a knower of Sasquatch, and definitely not a skeptic, so I am more inclined to believe evidence when presented it. But by the same token, I don’t believe everything I see. I have seen both the unaltered photos and the regular speed video and they still do not look real to me. I wish there was more photographic evidence than just those couple of stills and clips.

With that said, I have to reconcile the fact that both Meldrum and Stroud have associated with Standing, and they do not lend their names lightly. So I very well may be wrong.

One other thing to consider, Bill Munns, the movie costume expert who analyzed the Patterson Gimlin film and claimed it as real, has weighed in on this as well. On the Bigfoot Forums, IIRC, he does not outright call Standing a hoaxer, but does say the muppet stills and the blinky video are not the real thing.

Agree Steven. Don’t see how the still could be from that video. The video isn’t very clear, but there does appear to be something moving differently from the foliage. That video does not help clarify however.
