I’ve been following the mysterious closing of the Sunspot Solar Observatory. Tonight the FBI said it was closed due to suspicious activity on nearby Sacramento Peak. The closure involved Blackhawk helicopters and evacuation of residents nearby.
Sounds a little bit like a bigfoot operation to me.
Anyone else have more information or other ideas?
Excellent topic! Poor quality sleep really amplifies the symptoms of ptsd and depression. It can become a vicious cycle that leaves you less able to cope with stress or trauma. I survived a frightening accident in a small plane as a pre-teen. I was not diagnosed with ptsd and depression until 20 years later. Early diagnosis and treatment could have saved years of pain. Never be afraid or ashamed to ask for help!
