I saw a weird glowing green orb in California city, ca. it was an August night and I was outside in the phone walking in my driveway and my neighbors and their kids were out playing. It was about 9-10pm and about 90 degrees. This orb silently floated through the sky. But it was low enough to notice us on the ground. It was a soft green light. It emitted light but didn’t make anything around it green. It was about the size of a beach ball. My neighbors noticed it too. It didn’t have any collision lights like on regular aircraft. This was a solid soft comfy green color. My neighbors kids shot up a few bottle rockets and this thing dead stops. It watches the fireworks for a few seconds. And once the kids were out, this orb didn’t turn or anything, it just went left. My left it’s right. (Towards Las Vegas). Now judging speed in the sky is kinda hard it was moving what look to be slowly but it covered A LOT of ground fast. So i don’t how to phrase that any other way. So the object was originally coming from the south to north in the sky(Mojave to ridgecrest) . Then paused and observed the fireworks and went from stationary to the east
Well in the summer of 2022, i want to say June, a buddy named Sam invited my family of 4 (wife and 2 girls) to camp with him and his family about 70 miles from boise. This isn’t the first time we’ve camped together, but this was a new camping spot to us. We usually go about another mile down the road but someone had taken that location so we turned around and i found a different one on the same road. His tent was setup about 20-30 yards from mine. So i had my loaded rifle with me as does he just for protection as we’ve seen bears in the mountains.
The first couple of nights at camp went fine. The 3rd day i had packed up a small portion of our belongings including my rifle and my big flashlight. Later that night, it must’ve been at least 10-11 pm. Our phones had no service so we didnt really have them on hand but around that time, my family is in our tent asleep and my buddies family is in their tent. He and i stayed by the fire and talked for a bit. I had my headlamp on but in the off position. After our conversation we put out the fire and made sure it was out. It was fairly quiet. No actual wood noise except the small river that was about 50-60 yards below us. I didnt think much of it at the time but its a bit weird but i was walking to my tent with my headlamp on and its pretty bright. So as im making my way to my tent i turn and see my buddy by the bed of his truck putting something away. At this point i only hear the river but as im walking next to my tent, something in me says look up. I do. About 35-45yards from me with this eye shine. These eyes were NOT CLOSE TO THE GROUND AT ALL. Im 5’11 and they were just below a tree line which could’ve been about 6-7 ft from the ground. Now when i say eye shine, i thought it was a large marble or some type of round ornament glowing from my light hanging from a tree or something because i only saw one shine at first. Im looking at this for about a couple of seconds then i shuffle my foot forward and then the head turns. There were two HUGE eyes looking at me. Im looking at it. The eyes are greenish-yellow. At this point im pretty freaked out because whatever it was, was very quiet. I mean i heard absolutely nothing. So it blinked. The left eye blinked a hair before the right eye did. As im looking at this set of glowing greenish yellow eyes which is all i could focus on my stomach churns. I yell for my buddy and say, “(name) grab your gun, there is something in front of me looking at me.” Mind you this took place in about 10-15 seconds. My buddy was still outside of his tent but wasnt really close to me. So as i yell for him, im not taking my eyes off of those eyes.
I hear a rustling about 10-20 feet from me to my immediate left on the opposite side of the tree and i thought it was my buddy coming and i turned away from the eyes to see hes actually still behind me and as i turned forward again the eyes were gone. Only noise after that was my buddy coming up along side me asking what it was. I told him about the eyes and he said as long as they weren’t red youll be fine, but then i told him about the color and how high off the ground they were and he said he has no idea what that could’ve been. Hes an avid hunter and loves being in the woods and he was stumped. After that i heard nothing or saw nothing else in the woods that night.
After doing research the two creatures that night I’m sure were a Sasquatch
. I watched the Patterson film for the first time in 2023. I didn’t believe in them or know of them. Only thing I knew was harry and the Hendersons.
