I’m from the highlands , live in Inverness , know Loch Ness well and trust me the whole areas economy would collapse on its arse if Nessie was proven ” true ” . This will never happen as at very best your looking at a rougue family of sturgeon , giant eel , etc imo.

However you basically have to rewrite history of the human race , theory of evolution , the bible etc etc plus the realtime ” protected species brigade ” logging and all the potential problems that will arise when they are proven ? in the public domain .

One day , and one day soon one is gonna be shot, run over , trapped , etc and it’s gonna go viral in no time before the enormity of what has happened is realised by the government , forest service etc .

How this will be dealt with , possibly brushed under carpet I’ve no idea. I’d love to see the contingency plan to explain that !!!
