    Toomuch,

You are in an active area. This whole region of western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina and north Georgia is much more active than many people believe.

We have family in the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area. When we are investigating in the Nantahala/Cherokee area we usually swing through there for a few days. That’s just on the other side of Ashville from you.

We have a report of a daytime sighting just past you in Blowing Rock. We were trying to get out there, but the area that we are currently looking into has kept us busy.

I will shoot you an email today. I would love to see your pictures and maybe compare notes with you.

    Toomuch,

I am with a small group of researchers who operate in the Carolinas and north Georgia.
If you are uncomfortable sharing this exact location, could you tell me the general area? Was this possibly in western North Carolina?

Unfortunately I can’t seem to open your photobucket link. I am getting a ‘page does not exist’ message.

He was arrested a few days ago. Domestic assault and strangulation. Comments on youtube and the Facebook post about his arrest allege that he has been arrested for domestic abuse in the past.

I don’t really listen to him much. But, on one of the occasions that I did listen to one of his shows, he kept belaboring the racism that he believed was so prevalent in the cryptid research community. I haven’t walked in his shoes, so he may have had some bad experiences, which is not to be excused. But, it was almost as if he believed that the entire community were KKK members and were all out to get him. He seemed like he had a lot of repressed anger.

I hope that those children are able to get into a safe environment.
