ParticipantWhile this thread is still open let me just say I did not intend any of this. I was just curious not trying to stir up gossip or controversy, and I feel like there was a overzealous reaction, probably due to the whole “insider mess”. Again I meant nothing by it at all, and thank all those who were willing to simply reply with what they knew.

ParticipantSasquatch is a flesh and blood, I believe natural, creature. No animal in the natural world could have done to those hikers what was done to them. Rapid aging, high impact trauma that has no explanation, irradiated bodies. Whoever or whatever did that to them was not Sasquatch, it was something much worse and of which we have little to no knowledge. It seems to me that when Sasquatch attacks people just disappear or are dismembered, and usually written off as animal attack victims. I do not believe in the slightest that this was Sasquatch(or should I say Ulmasti) related, and I believe it is reckless and foolish to think so. But I acknowledge that this is my opinion and I respect the opinion of others.

ParticipantNo. I believe that they do kill people, but for territorial reasons. I do not think they actively hunt humans.

ParticipantLet us not forget what this show is, the show is called “Sasquatch Chronicles”. This is a “a place where people share their encounters” not cost to cost or ancient aliens. While the occasional break from strictly encounters is alright, Wes has always kept to topic somewhat related to Sasquatch. While I have researched this topic and find it quite fascinating myself, it is not for this show and I would be disappointed to see it as a show because it violates the spirit of this amazing show.

ParticipantI have the firm belief that the Dogman, if it exists(which it likely does considering the volume of reports), is most likely a baboon type Sasquatch. This would also serve to explain why they seem to be inherently aggressive, as baboons are some of the most aggressive primates out there. I believe there was even an episode where Wes discussed something about a track he saw looking similar to a baboon track with a pointed heel.

ParticipantThis video to me is clearly fake. The supposed Sasquatch on the tennis court seems to jump through frames, and seems to be completely pixleated. poor attempt at a fake video and all this does is contribute to the discrediting of the field. Videos like this are why no one takes Sasquatch seriously in main stream society.

ParticipantI remember from a previous show that the guest said the best way to get rid of Sasquatch on your property is to light up your house like Fort Knox. That is what I would do.

ParticipantI want to thank everyone who has posted here, your knowledge is invaluable and very helpful. My next question to any of you is what seems to be the behavior or the Ohio Sasquatch in comparison to the “Patty” type docile ones and the aggressive Sasquatches of east Texas and the south?

ParticipantYeah thanks Nathan, I’ve spent a lot of time at Lake Hope state park which borders Zaleski State Forest which is also close to the Athens section of Wayne National forest and I believe that there are a few around there.
