ParticipantI feel like I’ve entered the twilight zone here, who moderates the moderator? I’ll think I will take a compass along with the 7 bucks and do just that.

ParticipantSmallfoot, David Paulides says a little about the Green Berets on the Dennis Martin case here at 1:18:50 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPUUBPH7L5E

ParticipantShirley, problem is that it’s been pointed out to him so if he was for real he’d check it out then take them down.
I assume Vic took Episode 12 down after the whole Khat Hansen debacle due to the fact she was widely known not to be credible anymore. But the witness in these two episodes is not well-known so I guess he considers he can get away with leaving them there while they’re flying under the collective radar.

ParticipantYou’ve got it Shirley, Dennis Martin. Here’s the video for Dennis Martin, relevant part starts at 5:00, with the military bit at 14:20 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyLhLkPBTsc
Despite it being a terrific story, I also have a question mark over “Brandon” from Episode 190 of Dogman Encounters. My skepticism came after hearing how the witness “R.K” from Episode 197 seems to be “Angel” from Episode 181. I’d eat my hat if it’s not the same person. It seems not all Dogman Encounter episodes are genuine. And there I was thinking Vic was The Best!
Smallfoot I’m having trouble remembering the link with the Mormons but if I do find it I’ll be sure to post it

ParticipantCompletely agree both polarizations don’t hold up.

ParticipantGee whiz my first created thread and already I’ve got a moderator telling me the thread’s a problem as it contains my opinion.
“I am entitled like you, to say what I like or dislike about subject matters as you or everybody else does wouldn’t you agree? Or, is it paranoia only when I or anyone else might disagree with a counter-point about some prevailing opinion you happen to dislike?”
You haven’t posted any opinion on the subject except to say because there are differing opinions the thread subject is moot as all my opinions are problematic due to it being an opinion. How long since you’ve seen the sun?
But hey it’s your show. Can you point me towards a forum where opinions are welcomed?

MOD NOTE:Well “Gee whiz” the Rules are ere pretty simple here Alan. You choose to be mouthy and decide who you choose to be respectful to and it doesn’t work like that.
Can I point me towards a forum where opinions are welcomed? Get a compass and follow it. But I suspect what you really mean is where can you go to be mouthy and disrespectful and in that case I cannot help you. ~ Gumshoguy

ParticipantI’m not sure where the paranoia’s coming from but I’m asking for other people’s opinion regarding scale.
While I have referenced someone else’s scale and am giving my own running opinions on that scale, the purpose of the thread is for others to do the same, get that published scale cross-referenced by others on the forum who may have intel like you’ve just alluded to.
The title ends with a question mark, I wouldn’t be asking a question if I was writing a thesis I didn’t want up for review.
You’re right everyone has different ideas, and I want to hear them. But you don’t have to link the 1969 intel if you don’t deem we can handle it.

MOD NOTE:Lets get this straight right now you will be respectful while you post on this forum Alan T.
Now, let’s get back to discussion. ~Gumshoguy

ParticipantYou’re welcome Smallfoot. I remember another with military involvement which is associated with a missing 411 case involving green beret that were called in to a Park to hunt the bigfoot.
Just forget his name, but this 6 yo boy was presumably abducted in the Park right under the nose of parents while playing hide-and-seek with friends.
Unfortunately there’s no specific info on the green beret mission in the video I saw, but I’ll certainly dig the video up a bit later for you.
I too am always eager to hear anything in this area as it’s the hardest part of the whole subject to find info on. We don’t have many special ops soldiers publicly coming out about anything they’ve been involved with in this area.
Hang on I just remember another which is a second-hand account a young Mormon gave during missionary about an old bloke that confessed to many years ago being involved in the killing of a mother bigfoot and probably juvenile too from a helicopter. He had a video recording of the killing of the mother I believe he played for the Mormons.
Not sure if that was SC or not, but I’ll try to dig that up too when I get the chance. That one comes with mission details although he wasn’t willing to tell everything as apparently the rest was too bad to tell.

ParticipantIs this thread deviating from the house script of humans as an innocent, victimized, and entitled flock forced to defend against a murderous horde of monsters advancing through the land?

ParticipantI take the “quasi-homo” intelligence back. I say they’re full homos of some kind.

ParticipantMy lord, you’ve got em on your doorstep!
Have you heard the testimonial of the hunter sitting in a tree stand and witnessing a female sasquatch stalking a group of hog then killing one? She throw it against a tree then pounded it’s spine like play doh.
She didn’t know he was there until after she made the kill and was walking away. Upon picking up his scent, she looked up at him, then SMILED at him as if to say, “What are you doing up there, you’re not supposed to be here silly”. Then she walked away.
I forget if it’s a Sasquatch Chronicles interview but if you haven’t heard it I could probably dig it up.
I bet they probably do smile, or at least some varieties. It’s apparent based on their common behaviours that they’ve got a ‘homo’ or ‘quasi-homo’ intelligence about them.

ParticipantDenise the bigfoot you saw was smiling??? Smiling at you, or at something else? Did the smile make you feel as if the sasquatch was safe?

ParticipantI know Denise, the first one gets ya! What threw me for a loop was a person in the comments saying he saw that photo in a bigfoot book 30 years ago. But even 30 years ago things could be photoshopped I suppose.
I wasn’t sure about the forehead/brow ridge area. I thought sasquatch foreheads were different to human foreheads in that they’re sloped. And what about the brow ridge or lack thereof? But I’m not an expert so couldn’t say for sure. Still it is a damn good one isn’t it.

ParticipantBIGFOOT FIELD GUIDE
http://bigfootfieldguide.blogspot.com/2016/08/bigfoot-weight-estimator-chart.htmlIf you scroll down the page on that link you’ll find a table which is the source I’ve been using to figure weights based off a 6-foot weight base. It’s called the “Sasquatch Weight Estimator” and comes from a Bigfoot Field Guide courtesy of Jim McClarin.
I don’t know where Jim M’Clarin got the table or if he actually figured it out himself, but I’ve proofed the multiples up to 9-foot using known human references and they’re very accurate. Although I can’t check beyond 9-foot as there are no recorded humans beyond that I can use as reference.
But if the multiples are based on an algorithm then it would hold true all the way. I’m not good enough at maths to figure if there is an algorithm or what the algorithm would be though.
With an algorithm you could then keep figuring out the multiples past 16 foot. I tried to fudge it without an algorithm and figured out all the way up to 36 foot. I think what I figured shouldn’t be too far away from what an algorithm would figure.
It seems McClarin considers a 6ft/350lb build to be about as bulky as they get. That one is what I’ve been referring to as the alpha. And based on what I’ve been hearing the 350lbs estimate is probably a good one.
I wasn’t sure if he was still underestimating the alpha, but after checking with you guys and Bigfoot Odyssey I don’t think he is. Love that table.
