Get out of the car? I would’ve ran into the forest to get a better recording or maybe a glance at what was making the noise. I’m not the sharpest tack in the box but definitely the most curious.

Yep, my pup starts to whine like that and I’m loading the 12 gauge and getting in the truck because there’s something mean and nasty out there that scares her, and she’s not scared of anything. That scream sounds familiar though, like an animal we know.

Wow those were some great squatch howls indeed! Only thing that had me a bit puzzled/concerned was that even tho the howls seemed a bit off in the distance, the way that poor doggy was whimpering makes me wonder if there might not have been another squatch nearby. But Yup there was definitely something
