I want to interview this guy

You know this guy has seen some stuff in the wild. A one-of-a-kind American takes living off the grid to a whole new level. The legend of Mick Dodge.

Dressing in Beaver skins to look like Sasquatch is Mick’s way to scare off “weekend warrior’s ” who litter, play loud music and disturb the Forrest. Louis V is correct in that Mick says Sasquatch is a mythical creature but in my opinion Mick is a smart dude and just says that to keep more “weekend warrior’s out of his home.

His buckskins are too clean….poser……do that in Maine in June or July and the mosquitoes and black flies will attack any exposed skin to the point of insanity…..in the winter he’ll lose his tattood feet….it’d be interesting to see what this guy does when the cameras aren’t on….hope a Squatch kicks his a$$ just on principle….funny…but waste of time…..he’s probably in the witness protection program??

I heard there’s a lot of BS he does just for when the cameras are rolling. I don’t think he lives in the forest 24/7 but if he spends a lot of time there then he has to know these creatures exist and has seen sign of them. It might be a good interview if Mick is on the level but if he acts like looney tree huggin hippie than the interview would be a joke.

I have never met Mick but I know his my friend Norm (the guy that made him a bow) Mick has a nice log cabin up there out of Forks. Norm and I have drank together in Tenino Eagles. Actually I find Norm a very interesting man. He is a master archer, he has teached and coached Olympic hopefuls and participated in many Olympics. I have seen pictures of world class elks he has shot with a arrow in the Olympic mountain areas. He also is a master weapons man, he has taught every ABC agency on weapons. He is a world class quick draw artist, taught by the best that are all gone. That being said (since I have seen BF twice going back to 1971) we have had discussions about the BF topic and I asked and brought up about him and Mick about BF, I don’t think either of them have any conscious encounters, but now Norm is looking

Don’t waste your time….interview survivor man instead. Saw a few videos on YouTube, as much as I can stand. Couldn’t finish all, but started new ones….couldnt finish much of them. Everything reeks fraud with him. He’s too clean. His clothes are not worn. I’ve met people that have never worn shoes, until they moved to the United States. His feet show hes a fraud.

He’s knowledgeable about mountain living…but thats about it.

Lets talk to Bob Garret again.

I actually met him.. he was having a latte. my husband talked with him for almost an hour (mostly about Marine Corp stuff) he does not believe in bigfoot and avoids the subject.(maybe hes been visited by the MIB) He really just uses his show to platform conservation of the rain forest. Thats a good thing. Im sure he is indeed a survivalist in the woods, but doesnt live there 24/7. if you are ever up in the Hoh stop off at the gift shop. The owners are wonderful people that will tell you stories to. I bought the book that was written about their mother, Minnie? She was a real pioneer women. Lots of history …and elk

I wanted to like the guy….but there is one scene where he flips up a log or something to eat grubs and they are meal worms from a pet a store. Has anyone else noticed this clip? I’m not from the Pacific Northwest so I can’t speak to the insect life there, but it seemed suspicious.
