A listener writes “I was traveling from Gresham Oregon to Gardnerville NV. I exited Hwy- 5 to Hwy 89 south of the town Shasta CA heading east on Hwy 89.
I passed the little towns of McCloud CA and Bartell. About 15 minutes after passing the town of Bartel at a speed of 70 MPH I saw what I originally thought was a backpacker with hiking poles and a large black backpack on the right shoulder of the road at about 300 to 400 yard ahead of me. it seemed to pause for a second and then proceeded to cross the highway.
When it started to cross I still thought it was a backpacker until it was about half way across the road and I saw the way it moved. Its upper body and head rose with each step. It took 4 strides to cross the highway. Just as it was almost off the road it moved so that I could see the width of its shoulder and see that there was no backpack.
Where it crossed the road it was darkened by the shadows of the trees and when it got to the other side of the road the sun shone down on its back and it looked like charcoal gray to me.
That is when I knew it was not a person!! I had slowed down a little and thought I could get a good look at it but when I got to where I thought it crossed I could not see anything!
This was approximately 10:30 am. The closest road I came across shortly after was Dina MacArthur. Wes I make this drive a lot and I have seen a black bear cross the highway near this location and I was able to see the bear run through the woods for a few hundred yards.”

This sighting sounds legit to me. From what I’ve seen you’d have to throw what you know about physics out the window with some types of experiences (occasionally not always).
I’m feeling more confident lately in my thinking that the witness is more likely to experience slightly more strangeness than they thought was believable or possible, but not more than they are capable of dealing with mentally over time.
If this is the case it would involve something knowing your mentality as well as or better than you know yourself… kind of gives a person a sense of unease, but only until you realize God has the same ability.
It is possible some people have subconsciously moved away from religion because it bothers them that their thoughts and actions could be monitored so closely by something unseen (especially if they have something to hide)… But in all reality it happens anyway, people are now monitoring other people in ways that aren’t seen or openly acknowledged as it is.
With this knowledge at hand wouldn’t it make more sense to straighten up and fly right or as least try and not do wrong to others?
It’s hard to tell how many levels there are to different “watchers” being watched by something they themselves aren’t aware of or willing to admit… then you have God watching everything, wether you choose to believe it or not.
I think back to my childhood and I was open to the possibility of Bigfoot, but definitely not where I live. After my first encounter as an adult I was still skeptical because I had never had any evidence from hundreds of hours of time in the woods, and after that 1st experience I still couldn’t rationalize a Bigfoot living in my area large enough to push big trees over and yet remain hidden from me and everyone else all this time.
So maybe that frame of mind is what triggered the floodgates of more unusual experiences to open… Because something knew I wasn’t ever going to buy into a giant species of wild-man simply evading capture. The element of fear or wonder just wasn’t taking hold.
Whatever a Bigfoot is or who/how/what makes these experiences happen has a consciousness to it, and I believe this “consciousness” had to continually stretch the boundaries of an encounter just beyond what I could rationalize, just to keep me guessing.
Knowing the endgame to all of it (why me?) is what I find as the biggest mystery, but if I were to guess now I’d say it has to do with some kind of life lesson, the spirit world or supernatural, Angels and God.
Maybe certain people are chosen and continually tested because they can’t be tempted with things tied to sin in the form of such things unrighteously earned with money, fame or power. Your guess is as good as mine.
Live thankful and kind… Not for the watchers but for yourself first, and the rest will rise into place. 🌞🙏🏼
