A listener writes “Hi Wes, this is Ted you interviewed me for episode 503, just shortly before I was leaving for Afghanistan in 2019. I am now, retired, and back hiking through the woods of northeast Ohio, I had an incident where I seen something I couldn’t describe.
I have a short video in a couple pictures, I was with other people when I seen this, and have been back to the area several times, and have not been able to find anything else. I would love to be able to talk to you and show you some of the videos and pictures if you’re interested. I greatly appreciate you, and the show that you put out and all the work that you put into it.”

Now this is interesting Ted. Pic 1 and 2 show the top have leaning in opposite directions and the 3rd pic shows the object lower. Were all these pictures taken from the exact or close to spot. And pic 2 and 3 are lower than the first. Have you been back to the same spot to see if the object is still there?

The pictures were taken at the same time, first one was taken just after I had done a video, and pulled my gun the second two were each about a minute apart

After looking at these pictures, I think I see a small on it’s back, and it may have it’s arm wrapped around the “neck” of the one in the lower, center. However, I can see several things in the pictures.

It was very still, and there were only subtle movements. My pictures don’t capture it or my video doesn’t capture it, but I could see eyes blinking. I cannot see with any kind of certainty exactly what it was, however, I can’t say it was alive, it moved, and it is not there now.

When I zoomed in on the top photo by copying just the area of interest and then zooming in on that I was able to see the back edge of a hand, almost a salute. The right hand of the individual shading it’s eyes from the sunlight, pointing up towards the left brow ridge. My comment from yesterday went somewhere so repeating it today. I was able to make out a left eye and the hand once you see it is quite clear. Great photos thanks for posting 🙂
