A listener writes “Similar to episode 1126 – The Brown Mountain Lights, I had an orb experience that has me scratching my head to this day. I wouldn’t have thought to write except the experience detailed in that episode was the only such experience I’ve heard exactly like my own, with the exception of color and location.
My sighting took place in my own apartment, which is located in a historic site in Vancouver, Washington. Many other odd things had happened there prior, such as strange movement of objects and some possible touches to my body from something not of our realm, but the orb was a total game changer for me.
As I lay down for bed one rainy night last October, I happened to look down towards my feet and saw movement. In the darkened room was what I thought to be a red balloon very slowly drifting upward toward the ceiling. The balloon would have had to be glowing lightly and somehow would have had to be hidden until released from the middle of the apartment floor, which all doesn’t add up, except my brain was doing its best to try and add logic to what I was seeing.
This beautiful round glowing orb, about the size of a medium round melon and full of what I can only explain as electrical current similar to the static electricity globes that you see at your local museum of science, just drifted on a trajectory toward our attic door, about 12 feet above. I jumped up from bed out of sheer surprise and asked my girlfriend, fast asleep at this point, if she was seeing what I was seeing. As she awoke to ask me what I was talking about, I told our Amazon Echo to turn the lights on. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have done this so that she could have seen the beauty with which this little orb glowed, but I sort of panicked and wanted my world lit up and lit up fast. That is where it became even more fascinating. As she focused on it, and I continued to watch, the orb, now lit from the room, contained no color, just a barely visible light smokey grey electrical charge in the shape of a perfect circle drifting up to the ceiling.
I’m not sure how many orb sightings have happened during a lit situation, but I’m guessing hardly any. Are we some of the only people to have watched just the electrical charge of an orb?
By the time it entered a corner in our apartment ceiling and settled there before fading from view, it was about a 45 second experience that we feel lucky to have been part of. How many more of these might have visited our apartment while we’ve slept all these years? How many are drifting around in the daylight, going completely unnoticed? Was it human or ET or …? Until your episode 1126, I’ve never heard of a similar slow drift happening.

Fascinating account listener. Also could it be the spirit of a loved one now passed on or a spirit of someone that use to live in this area? Years ago, back in the 1990s when I first became aware of these orb, because of my previous UFO entity experiences, I just assumed they were surveillance orbs of these entities. I like your thought of are these always around in broad daylight.
