Personally, I call that light anomaly an orb.

If you have a voice recorder, I suggest setting one
up for several hours. See if you pick up anything?

Looks like orb to me. Could be the spirit of someone who may of had a attachment to that dollhouse.

Even fog on my home cameras on the outside looks like it’s snowing when it’s fog rolling in..
