It does look like a skunk’s tail like Trent said. I also see a reflection of a window on the upper right side of each photo and a reflection of a human head facing the lens in the top photo, upper left side above the tail.

Not sure what the white thing is. Looks like a bird wing but I also see the two legs and arm. But what’s the deal with the human face and window in the pics? And the shoes beneath the pics? Weird!

I think there is a high probability it is some type of bird . The bird was moving so fast it ecovered that much distance in one frame. I am no expert but I believe if the shutter speed was not fast enough to prevent it and the subject was moving at a sufficient velocity you could end up with just such an image as this.
