What even is a “ghost”? Do you have to see it? Does it have to look like a person or can it be a nondescript shape? Does it have to look like a specific person that makes logical sense?
Can it be an orb or ball of light? Can it be a digital voice or random generated word, and does that voice have to sound human or be a specific human? Does it have to be proven as having a similarity as a person that once occupied that space and then passed on?
How do you know that what you’re calling a “ghost” isn’t something completely different if you don’t have the intuition or familiarity with the “spirit” of the person who it supposedly is supposed to be? So far, more technology isn’t getting answers, just gaining more areas of confusion and avenues for deception. It’s MY own “truth theory” anyway.
I understand we have to dumb things down and simplify things so it can be understood by virtually anyone, but ghosts have been a thing forever now. There has to be rational thinking above “dumbed down” or after awhile with no advancement I’d argue it then becomes classified down ⬇️ or simplified further, to just “dumb”.
You’d think we’d have a better understanding, classification and general knowledge of such things by now with all these new ghost gadgets, instead of settling for the same old generalizations and boxed-in concepts, it’s kinda like a box of oatmeal when you think about it, tastes the same as it always did.
If you ask me, human spirits shouldn’t be lumped in with potentially darker things posing as something else, such as a soul, then we have it gift wrapped for everyone with a pink ribbon on top. It’s like Ralphie from The Christmas Story drinking a crap ton of Ovaltine so he can finally get that secret decoder ring, only to find out that mystery puzzle says “BE SURE TO DINK YOUR OVALTINE”.
Sometimes the world has moments that feel a lot like that movie… It’s like, If the Bumpass’s dogs aren’t stealing your turkey or the department store Santa isn’t putting his foot in your face, there’s some kid standing in line with a WW1 pilot hat and goggles on saying “I like Santa”, and I’m like Ralphie, responding with an unimpressed “Yeah”. 😆

I shouldn’t have sat in the woods yesterday, soaking wet for 5 hours in the freezing cold while 2 inches of snow accumulated on me. I think it made my head stuffy and more irritable:)
There’s so much media out there now, it’s getting difficult to find enough time to even search for something I potentially like. I wish this channel success though and hope to listen to this episode soon.
I think it’s important to realize people are designed to be inherently good, and to choose absolutely all your own decisions and influences in life with good intention and care. Make life your own personal mix tape of everything YOU love that’s meaningful to YOU and let people borrow it or copy one of your songs.
When you simply follow pre-made suggestions and ideas and let something/someone else make choices and viewpoints for you, you’ve then given away something very important. You may have given away a choice path on your own unique journey, maybe even altering your true destination. IMO
