Richard Turgeon writes “On August 20, 1992, former Forest Service ranger and outdoorsman Paul Freeman videotaped a Bigfoot in Oregon’s Blue Mountains. The footage begins with Paul speaking on-camera about the huge, man-like tracks he’s been following in the mud, just before he spots one striding into view about fifty yards ahead.
This video is my full interview with Paul’s son, Michael Freeman, who’s been working on a book about his father’s Bigfoot research. It will be available in October, following the 30th anniversary of the date his father’s incredible footage was taken (8/20/92).”

Has anyone ever enhanced and edited the Freeman video to the same extent of the Gimlin Patterson ?

Thanks Wes, what a terrific and enlightening interview about Paul Freeman who was the best of his time. Great to know how muck he documented and his wife archieved. So glad Michael Freeman has teamed up with some heavy hitters to bring about a book and enhancements and that the History Channel is doing a documentary of Paul’s work.
Needless to say, Michael would make a great guest on SC – most impressive gentleman

(New Jersey) Well, that was a fantastic interview!! I’ve always admired the work and dedication that Paul Freeman brought to the subject of Bigfoot. Everyone involved in the study of Sasquatch owes him a big Thank You for everything he’s done. It’s nice to see his son Michael carry on the work and memory of his Dad. I thought I knew almost everything about his famous video -and I was wrong. Big and Little Jim (or should I say Jill) is one example! I also hadn’t heard about the details of The Good Morning America interview. It was both scandalous and Disgusting! On a kinder note, I had no idea Paul’s wife( and other members of his family) played such an active roll in his research. I always thought a movie should be made about this fascinating man. In the meantime, it’s great to know Michael is writing this incredible book about him. I can’t wait to get my copy!
