If you look into what chinese where making, in about 1300 Bc, yes i know much much later perfect rings some for perfect gearing systems much the same as made today, this was all acheived though simple mathmatics and geometry ( excuse my spelling ) and by quite simple machines, even the first clock, far exciding the western world, it is not as hard to imagine how early cultures wich had mastered the same consepts of math and geometry may have made perfect rings in their time. PS, Tryed to keen it as short as possible
