Encounters With Giant Spiders That Cannot Be Explained

Over the years people have come forward and said they’ve encountered giant spiders. These creatures are usually seen in remote places of the, one place is the Congo.

Here these giant spiders go by the name jba fofi j’ba fofi or the Congolese giant spider. Some of these encounters include explores witnessing spiders that are over 4 ft in diameter. One alleged spider was seen inside a web that was over 30ft in diameter. However not everyone is convinced these giant creatures exist. Some have put forward the argument that a spiders body physically wouldn’t be able to hold the weight. This is due to the fact that spiders have a simple respiratory system that limits the size that they can reach.

A 4 foot in diameter spider? That looks like a walking skull? That is a BIG “OH, HELL NO!”
I’m gonna pass on this video and I’m not even sure why I clicked on the post. Curiosity kills the cat. Real or not, I can’t “unsee” that.
Thanks a lot, Wes! Love you, too. ?

Give me a pissed BF or biped canid – HUMONGOUS freakin’ 8 legged freak spiders – hell no – double no. You think something like a squatch are hard to put down – invertebrates don’t know they’re dead half the time even with their body beyond repair. Mow I know why BF have BIG FEET – for stompin’ on these danged things. Don’t know if they exist – but if they do – I don’t want to see one!

In this day of Go Pro cams and multi functional cell phones, why are there no pics of vids of the mammoth creatures? And Wes, your right about the anatomical limitations. Book Lungs are limited in size because the surface area that would be necessary to provide adequate oxygenation for hefty spidy would make the lung anatomy cave in on itself. Another consideration is critters with exoskeletons are pretty limited size-wise. King Crabs and some rare, big ol lobsters are about the biggest critters with exoskeletons on earth. But these aqua-bugs have the advantage of living in a salt water environment which enables them to grow nice and big due to the buoyancy they enjoy in this dense water environment. Consider this the next time you hit the seafood kiosk at Costco! But, hey, if these big bastards exist I sure would like to see a pic or two!!

I don’t know about the webs that have been seen but some of these “spiders” may be coconut crabs. The formal name of these…Birgus Latro. I could see how these might be mistaken for spiders.

Hey if you like something smaller and more cuddly there is always , (Theraphosa Blondi) also known as
“The Goliath Birdeating Tarantula” Consequently also found in the south American jungles of Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, you get the point. Females live upto 25 years and have a body length of 4.75 to 5 inches with a leg span of upto 12 inches and will eat anything smaller than themselves ! Wouldn’t you like to be asleep in your tent in the jungle and wake up with that sitting on your chest playing peekaboo!!!
