Honestly I never wanted one to get killed but at this point the only way these creatures are going to be proven is if someone other than the govt takes one down. But I feel like if they shot one the govt is gonna be in them so fast so if they do it I hope they have a plan and keep it hush hush

I have been a part of the scientific community. I am retired and I have learned a few things.
There are theories accepted as true that are not.
There are theories accepted as untrue that are true.
For me, I know these creatures exist. As we have heard hundred of times, ‘I know what I saw.’
If someone does not believe me , or the thousands of others, then that person is not worth the life of one of the creatures.

This group has been at this for a lot of years, and yet nothing of note to show for all that work. It aint’t easy is it. Glad they have moved away from killing one for the most part and employing less intrusive technics.
I still say the real method should be a massive country wide Edna effort, which would take massive funding, at least for the testing. Concentrate on small ponds in what are to be believed hot spots around the country. Better yet, look for tracks that have water in. When multiple examples come out the same from around the country of an unknown primate, surely the acedemia will have to acknowledge.

The idea that the government will ‘squash’ the discovery is self-defeating. Maybe. Maybe they will, but maybe there are ways to document the harvesting of the subject thru video, photos, collecting separate samples of hair, blood, skin, digits, limbs – separating them – providing portions of them to trusted sources (Meldrum for instance). Haters gonna hate. So what? Think of Galileo. Be bold in your science and the pursuit of truth rather than cowering in fear of what ‘they’ will do to mute your pursuit. I appreciate this interview and the Area X’ers. Awesome work.
