Christians are now claiming that Bigfoot is the ‘Devil’

Former Family Research Council fellow Tim Dailey was on a Religious-right radio show hosted by Janet Mefferd and claimed that Bigfoot was created by the “Devil.”

Mefferd asked how Christians should view Bigfoot. “It’s real. It’s a projection. It’s a demonic virtual reality, but it’s not nuts-and-bolts, in this case, flesh-and-blood creatures,” Daily said.

 

He then said that Bigfoot was apart of the Devils schemes.

“It’s part of the devil’s modus operandi. He has always used this kind of phenomena to, once again destabilize, to engender fear, to open us up to the possibilities of other realities and other beings and then we begin getting involved with demonic spirits,” he said.

Dailey continued: “So yeah, all through history there have been many, many different varieties of beings that are primarily spiritual beings that have terrorized civilizations and peoples and non-Christian cultures are very aware of this.”

    This could be a subject covered in a future show. There are many views on this. These guys do not represent all views of Christians. It could get messy but it’s kind of an inevitable conversation. If anyone out there is willing and has the time there is like a 6-hour audio interview called who is Adam? You can find it on YouTube very easily or look up reasons to believe who was Adam. Fascinating interview. The interview is not about Bigfoot but the scientific information is very very interesting and could be part of this conversation.

    I don’t think we can discount anything but I sure as hell don’t think anyone can say they “know” one way or another, besides the possibility of dark gov’t opps knowing more than others, and certainly the natives who have held true to their speakers of their history. I have certain thoughts about our government that was designed to be by the people, for the people and how the “people” are kept in the dark but then I see what many say and are distracted by and wonder, maybe they are protecting the masses? IDK, just frustrated by our fellow man, meaning human not males.

Why does him being a Christian make his opinion stupid and draw attention that if said by anyone else just be shrugged off as a mans opinion.     I’m with you guys. If Mr. Dailey has one in his garage and can prove his claims, I’ll listen. Otherwise, he should pick a subject with more evidence of evil influence.

    As a Christian I understand the argument that it could lead you down a rabbit hole of the occult if you believe BF is anything other than a flesh and blood creature. Any true Christian has to believe in the spirit realm (Angels and fallen angels). However I have issue with anyone pronouncing this theory as absolute truth! It is a theory I have pondered myself., but it is just a theory. Face to face encounters, footprints, rock/stick/pine cone throwing, trailer shaking and house slapping seems to be more flesh and blood in my humble opinion.

    As a Christian ( not a very good one at that ) I believe these things are Esau of the Genesis story. And I have gone over this with the Ojibwa of Northern Michigan and they Agree with me !
    Before the Twins were even born , they Struggled together within Their Mothers womb and she was Troubled and went before the Lord to inquire ‘ Why am I thus ? ‘ And she was told by the Lord HIMSELF ” 2 Nations grow within you now , and 2 Manner of People will be separated from your Bowels. One people will be the Stronger than the other People , and the Elder will serve the Younger.”
    The Sasquatch are the ” Other Manner ” of People. Because of their Brains , as they have Larger Brains than you or me. But all this Extra Grey Matter is carried in a region of Our Own Modern Brains that controls our Long Term Memories !
    This is Also why they have None Understanding in Them.
    It is also known that they have a Dominant Red Hair gene in their Population.
    They do live in the Field
    They are the Cunning Hunter.
    They do have Wrinkly Hide like Skin
    They are known too emit a Foul Odor
    They do eat their Meat Raw
    They do have the Dominant Presence ( as when Jacob heard of His Brothers approach ? HE WAS SCARED )
    They do live in the High Places ( for Tactical Purposes )
    They are on Every Continent
    They have Never been Exterminated
    They do sleep among the Stars ( as we all have heard of the WOOOOOOOOOO – These things piloting the Demon Craft that we call U.F.O’s )
    Do they have a Connection to the Nephilim ? Yes – I believe through Esau’s first Wife – who was a Hittite. ……. But what do I know ?

      Well JAY CARLSEN… SEEMS LIKE A GOOD OF GRIP ON THESE BF BEINGS AS MOST… I NOT SURE WHAT POWERS THEY HAVE OTHER THEN BEING A SMART WOODS TYPE ANIMAL… AND IT SURE SEEMS LIKE THEY BEEN AROUND A HELL OF ALONG TIME… I THINK THEY ARE NOT NEARLY AS FEW AND FAR BETWEEN AS MOST THINK… I REALLY THINK THAT THEY HAVE A VERY HEALTHY POPULATION IN THE USA… MOST LIKELY 2 TO 3 TIMES WHAT THE AVG FOOTERS THINK !!!         The funny thing is …… I seen a 9 – 10 foot Tall Gorilla the summer before I believed in GOD. That did not happen until sometime in the month of August 2001 , just before those Planes hit the Towers. When I had a CRAZY DREAM where I was shown my Children before they were even Conceived , Picked up from the Ground & stood up on top of the Ozone – And just like That ! I was whole again !
        …… Then I heard HIS Roaring Voice say 4 words. And I watched the North American Continent get hit bye a Nuclear Strike. I woke up from that Crazy Dream a Christian ( though I am none too good at it ) And I have Tried & Tried too Cheat this thing. Only to look back & see everything has already Happened. What does it say in the Book ? ” Don’t Worry ” ?

    I have been a member of Sasquatch Chronicles since the beginning and read the blog on a daily basis….I never comment but I feel the need to have my say on this one. As a Christian I totally agree with Steven J and Jon W…except perhaps the header should read “One nut job who claims to be a Christian says….”

      As the lady above said… one who ‘claims to be a Christian says’… That guy needs to have an upfront and personal encounter with Mr. Big, then he may be in a position to make a broad statement like that. Bet if he heard it breath and felt it’s infra-sound he wouldn’t think it’s a hologram. And the devil? Perhaps it’s from the lineage of the Nephalim, but that’s not the devil (obviously). And Religious Right? Thanks a lot…

    There are indeed real demonic entities like the incubus, succubus, and many others who can go back and forth between realms causing real harm and even possession. I tend to believe some percentage of evil murders, mass murders, etcs. are caused by their human interaction through such forms as possession. However by claiming Sasquatch and UFO activity is the devils work ( and I have heard this for years from some others ) makes folks like Dailey’s lives much easier. It is either Godly or the Devil and you must behave in a very strict way according to my religions’ dictates and if you do not then to hell you will go. I pray daily and am a spiritual person.

    Are these things Groomed to be ” Walk In Vessel’s ” for these foul things to inhabit when they find a way to escape their Torment for a short time ? Is that why the Males were required to leave with the ” Space Brothers ” for a time in Episode 419 ? You wouldn’t Believe me – but this is how it happened ” ? When Anthony said the Males were required to leave with these ” Space Brothers ” for a Time.
    If they can not talk to me about Jesus – then it is Foul.I believe People say these things are Demons because they can NOT Stand the mention of the Lords Name. Abduction Experiences Cease at the mere mention of the Lords name …… there is a reason for that and I believe it is telling in itself.
    No – I am not very good at being a Christian ( but I do honestly Try ) Time is short. And HE will do HIS Gathering just before the North American Continent is hit with a Nuclear Attack.
    God Bless each & everyone of you , Even the People who think I am Childish. ( Because I have to put the Kid Gloves on to deal with what I saw in the Summer of 2000 before I even believed in GOD )

It’s difficult to be around or associate with people like you because you belittle other people. YOU need not be on this website due to your closed mind. I believe there are living breathing devils that walk the face of the earth and they are the descendants of Satan through Cain. I suspect Bigfoot are animals with some human dna that are creations of the fallen angels.

    In 1987 just 2 weeks after I turned 16 years old , my best friend & I were involved in a Motorcycle Accident when a car backed out ahead of us and we hit the vehicle doing 65 – 70 mph. My Friend bounced off the Roof , Breaking His Jaw , left Collarbone & his left Arm.
    Since I was riding passenger ( His Bike ) I was catapulted 100 – 110 feet through the Air – landing on the back of my Helmet – breaking it in 2 Pieces. I sustained a Basillar Skull Fracture , broken Neck , 9 broken Ribs , I broke my left Knee , and the first digit on my left Foot (Big Toe) I was close too Death.
    I was paralyzed on my left side for the 8 days that I was in the Coma. 2 weeks after I woke up I was Walking again ! 2 weeks following I was released too Outpatient Care ( better than the Long Term Care !) after 3 months I was starting back to School again , I had skipped the 10th Grade and I still graduated with my Class of 1990. Blah …. Blah …. blah …. blah ……. Just as I returned too High School , my Friend had gotten me aside and He apologized to me. He had told me how He was sorry that I was Hurt SO Bad. And How He had felt ashamed when they released Him that very night to return Home & sleep in His Own Bed. While I was left in I.C.U hooked up to the Life Support. He even told me that if it were Possible ? That He would have Switched me Places. ( for an Accident that was not any ones fault ) And I took this ALL WRONG.( Like what are you saying ? That I am Retarded Now ? ) And I snapped back at Him
    ‘ What the Flip are You Talking About ? ….. LOOK. I am ALL Better Now ! …… See ? They have let me out. ‘ ( of the Hospital ) and it was left at that.
    3 days later my friend put a 22 rifle in his mouth and ended his own life. ( MAYBE No One told Him that I wouldn’t see my Full Recovery until I turned 16 years old ? what can ya do ? ) [ and yes , the Bullet went through the Pallet of His Mouth but never exited the Skull Cavity. This is how I know that a shot from a 22 Pistol could bounce off somethings Forehead.There is that chance ]
    And it was at this point in my Life where I turned my Back on my Sunday School understanding of the Ancient Text. When I ignored all the Prayers said on my Behalf when I was in the Hospital. From this Point forward in my life I was a Devout Unbeliever. And I was Damn Good at IT. Much better than you Yourself are , that is certain. In 1992 I began working in the Oilfield doing Seismic Survey , mapping underground Formations to direct the rigs where too Drill , and Service Rigs , and Drilling Rigs in between jobs.
    When sometime in the Month of August 2001 ( notice the Time Frame ?) I had the CRAZIEST DREAM I have ever had before in my Life one night back at the Motel in Washington Pa.This night I slept through as if I was dead. ( normally I am a light sleeper ) And in this dream I was much older than I was at the Time that I had it ? And I have different aches & pains that at the Time I could not account for ? My Back Hurt ? I am carrying something Heavy on my Shoulders ( That I do not know if it is Equipment ? or a 7 horse Chrysler 2 – stroke Backpack Drill ? all I know is that it IS Heavy ) I am sweating rivers. I am walking down our ‘line’ going up into Woods that are not familiar to me ? They are small & scrubby looking , Not like the Hardwood Forest of Northern Michigan. The Ground is very Rocky…
    As I make my way I can hear people talking back & forth on the Handheld Radio clipped to my Belt. But I am 1/2 assed listening to it. ( just in case ) Since I am bent by this weight , my focus is down before my Feet. I am watching all the Equipment , that it is all Laid Out over on the left of ‘line’ and it is so. good. As I am walking I am counting the flags I pass ( every 165 feet ) for every other flag I count the Drill Holes that are over on the right of Line , well away from Our Equipment. And everything is in Order. good , Good.I pick my way down a Steep hillside where at the bottom a large Clearing in the forest open up before me. I can see that our ‘line’ crosses this field lengthwise and climbs another Steep Hill on the far side. 1/2 way up that steep Hill is a Wood Line with Lots of Shade ! The Perfect spot to Take me a Break ! So I shift the Weight on my Shoulders and Strikeout to cross this field as quickly as I can. I am walking through very Tall Mustard Weeds , the Sun is Beating Down , NO WIND so I assume late in the summertime ? …… maybe ?
    I make the Foot of this Hill and start my ascent , as I glance up ahead into this shade for a good spot to Put This Down – 2 Hands slide INTO My Back and Picks me up like by My Shoulder Blades ! ( Does not Hurt – but it does feel Disgusting ! Nobodies Hands are suppose to be IN There like That ! ) Whoever This IS ? They can SEE right through me , and they are repulsed too even Touch me because I am SO DIRTY. I am even Quick with the Flimsy excuse of ‘ Well ? What do You expect ? Of COURSE I am dirty , I am Working Here.’ ( but it was not physical Dirt – it was Mental DIRT ) When this Voice inside my Head tells me ” It Is Your Time To Go Now , Are You Ready ? ” …….. what ?
    ….. wait a Minute here. I am confused. And so I protest ‘ Go ? But I can Not GO ANYWHERE ? I am Working here , I am on the Clock ?’ And again I am Told ” Never Mind That Now , NOW Is Your Time ! Are You Ready ? ” and the Thought of 2 Young Children with an Older child Behind ( Who are All Blonds – I can’t tell if Girl /boy?) begins to pull at my Heart. And I PLEAD ‘ BUT WHAT ABOUT MY FAMILY ? What about my Friends ?’ and I am reassured ” They (childrens) Are Fine , But You Must Tell Me Now – Are You Ready ? ” …..still , I need a moment to consider – There I am – 3 feet in the Air – Someone has Their Hands IN My Back – Talking to me in My Head – And I conclude that This has never Happened to Me Before ? So it MUST Be Legit ! I said ‘ Ok , I am ready.’ But I am told to ” SPIT THOSE OUT ! HE DOESN’T WANT TO SEE YOU WITH THOSE ” …… Crap. Busted. Now I am Bummed. And I said to myself ‘ Flipping Damn IT ! I just paid $1000.00 for those last Week P’TTUEY !’ and I spit out my Top Denture. And reach inside my Mouth and Unsnap the Lower Denture from the Mounts embedded in my Lower Jaw. I let them fall ……
    WWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
    And I see my Boots !
    Below them the Ground Disappears !
    Tree Tops !
    Clouds !
    Then BAM ! There I am Standing on top of the Ozone looking at my Feet.Below is the Northern Waters of the Gulf of Mexico , before me I can see the Lower part of the North American Continent ( not Michigan , I lose it to the Curve ) to my far left is Mexico , below & behind me I can make out the Coast of South America , and to my right I see a few Islands – then Ocean. The Voice inside my Head comforts me ” It Is Ok , You Are Alright. You Can Stand On It , Like A Table.” But even Before that I am Startled by the Fact that My Head Injury IS GONE ! ( JUST LIKE THAT ! Faster than magic ! ) My Back doesn’t hurt , my Bones do not Ache , I can Breath through my Nose again ! The Teeth are back inside my Mouth ! Once Again I AM WHOLE ! I even said to my self in Disbelief ‘ What the Flip ? Is THIS what it is Like ? Not To Have That Head Injury Anymore ? ‘ …………. GONE. And I pick my Face up in Awe , And HEY ! Right Over There is the MOON ! Just hanging there above the Planet ! And it is Bigger than I had thought before !
    I look Straight Up and I see ALL the Stars in the Sky !
    I glance over my right Shoulder and 2 Planets away is the Sun , just burning there at the center of our Solar System.
    My attentions is called back when it is Announced ” ON YOUR KNEES , YOU ARE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE SON OF MAN ” and I fall flat on my Face , looking Down.
    When at the Sudden This BIG Roaring , Angry , Loud , Disappointed Voice said “‘ WATCH WHAT THEY DO ‘” and i am watching….
    When I see Fire jump Up from the Ground below ! Big Billowing Clouds of FIRE ! Delaware , Virginia , Maryland , North / South Carolina , Georgia , West Virginia , ohio , Indiana , Illinois , Kentucky , Tennessee , Alabama ! I Scream out in Horror ‘ WHY DID YOU LET THEM DO THAT FOR ?’ Then I woke up .
    Isn’t That Crazy ?
    When this happens , you will do well to reconsider.
    It was NOT Aliens . I do not know what it was ? But it was not that. It is not even Human. That voice inside my Head ? I LIKE THAT GUY ! He is Looking out for Me ! ….. But that BIG VOICE ? I Was SHAKEN.
    Where Implants even Invented Yet ? August of 2001 ?
    At the Time I had this Crazy Dream I was a Single Man , Living in Motels , chasing the Job across the Country. When I had this CRAZY DREAM I HAD NO CHILDRENS. …… Now isn’t it a Brutal Coincidence that Today I am raising my 2 Daughters & I am still on good terms with Their Mother & my Step Daughter who are ALL BLONDS ?
    Please try to understand that I have been THIS Way since I turned 16 years old – THIS is IT – THIS is My Normal now. But when I am standing UP THERE ? And It Is GONE ? How can that even Be ? Who took it from me like That ? ( SO FAST ? ) What Happened to It ?
    ……. HOW ?
    Somewhere that I can not say exactly When ? I am in a Terrible PANIC ! And I beg this Voice speaking in my Head to ‘ QUICK ! PLEASE JUST TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME ( the DIRTY ) Before HE sees me with IT !’ And the Voice inside of my Head replies ( almost as if Amused ) ” No * You Must Still Account For Everything You Have Ever Done Before ” ( justnotrightyetatthisverymoment )
    ( * ) At the Sound of this Voice in my Head I was at ease as the Understanding that ANYTHING I had ever done before was already Paid For IN FULL. By the Blood of Jesus who is the Christ , which was shed to wash away the Sins of Man Kind.
    Beyond all doubt in my Mind.
    Somewhen Else ? That I can not say exactly Where ? I get the Feeling it is Time to Sing for HIM. ( C’mon ! Everything is doing it !) So like the fool I am I belt out with Metallica’s CREAPING DEATH

    2: Bigfoot was brought here by aliens.
    3: Bigfoot are residual cavemen.
    4: all of the above.
    5: none of the above.
    Because we can’t confirm ANYTHING regarding this creature.
    So at this stage of the game one explaination is as good as the other.
    Let’s not forget that.
