It was dusk, between 6:30 and 7 p.m., on March 27, to be exact. Ackley and her 11- and 14-year-old daughters were hiking the winding trail when Ackley’s daughters, several yards ahead, froze in their tracks, gazing wide-eyed at a large, shadowy figure braced in a pine tree. Ackley ran to her daughters to see what they were staring at.
“I ran into a Sasquatch – a Bigfoot. We were face to face,” said Ackley, 46. “He was 30 feet up in the tree.”

(New Jersey) Good for her! Like Todd Standing, she refuses to be silenced, and is demanding something be done. Having said that, I just read where Todd’s case has been dismissed, which certainly is a Shame. However, Much like Dr. Meldrum, Dr Bindernagel, Ron Moorehead, our own Wes Germer, and many others, these people are pioneers in this subject. As long as we (The Bigfoot Community) speak out, and refuse to be silenced, Good things will follow. I think one of the greatest assets people have in finding out the truth, is The Internet. Now, if someone has an encounter in a small town in North Carolina, a large town in California, or in Russia, it becomes worldwide news overnight. This allows the spotlight to keep shining on this subject, and also allows information to be shared from all corners. Only good, and hopefully the truth, will come as a result.

I don’t know if the interviewer was just trying to “play devil’s advocate” or he is just being a butthead, but I found his skepticism a little too much. He needs to take Wes’s suggestion: “Look into for 6 months and then make a decision.” He has no hard evidence for his skepticism except for the tired old arguments that others have used…without research.
How does one explain DNA that comes back UNKNOWN primate? – UNKNOWN –
How do you explain the dermal ridges.?
How do you explain track depth into the ground that would require several hundred pounds to make an impression to such a depth? Especially in areas that you would not be able to get some sort of heavy machinery in to do it.
How do you explain sightings into the 1000’s – with the cross-section of society that reports them – they cannot all be misidentification?
How do you explain audio that has been analyzed and found to not be from any KNOWN animal and not within the human vocal range?…
I could go on but there is far more evidence to say that something is there that is not known to the public at large than there is evidence against it.

Where did this interviewer come from? He needs to get educated on a subject before he does a Q&A session. You could tell he didn’t know who David Paulides is. Now that’s pretty green. Good going Ackley.

Claudia gave a really good interview. She is sincere and honest. That comes through clearly. After the interviewer expresses his doubts, she turns the tables on him. Does he believe her? What would he do in that situation? Then you can see the doubt creep into his mind. Suddenly he is not so sure.
I hope her lawsuit is successful.
