Huge “Beast-Man” Shot Near Pistolet Bay: Pistolet Bay, Newfoundland, Winter 1890s William Decker, who lives in one of the small settlements on the Newfoundland side of the Strait of Belle Isle, reported a horrific encounter with some kind of animal-man while hunting and fishing near Pistolet Bay. One frosty morning he took his muzzle-loader and headed back into the country.

As he reached a marsh, about 300 yards across, he heard a loud and frightening roar. He turned and what he saw made him almost faint in his tracks. A huge animal, or huge man, a giant creature anyway, was coming at him in gigantic leaps. Decker had already charged his gun with plenty of powder and shot. He knelt down and took steady aim and waited till the creature was very close, too close for comfort. Then he fired. The weight of the charge brought the beast-man to his knees; but it was up again very quickly. But Decker was ready with a second volley and the creature fell the second time letting out a bellow that could be heard for miles. Taking no chances, he reloaded and fired a third volley.

The creature did not stir again. Decker measured the crea￾ture; it was ten to twelve feet tall, with an outstretched arm-span of fourteen feet. Its feet left tracks in the snow that Decker’s snowshoes couldn’t cover. The body, he said, was covered with long hair. He figured the creature weighed about one thousand pounds!”

Comment: As far as we know, Decker simply left the carcass where it lay. This would be understandable for that time period, and we might reason that he wanted to get out of the area as quickly as he could.

The Confessionals writes “In episode 736: The Power Of Arche, Daniel Duval, from episode 522: Uncovering CIA Satanic Ritual Abuse, returns to expose the spiritual battleground most never see. From his work deprogramming survivors of deep occult systems to uncovering supernatural realms hidden within Scripture, Daniel shares staggering revelations. He details the Arche, a personal spiritual domain granted by God, capable of warfare, intercession, and even collapsing demonic strongholds. But as he unlocked its potential, the kingdom of darkness fought back.

Daniel dives into the shocking reality of angels wounded in battle, spiritual devices used against believers, and secret trades happening between dark entities and human leaders. What happens when technology is acquired not through science, but through soul sacrifices? This isn’t just theory, it’s an urgent call to arms. If everything we’ve been told about spiritual warfare is incomplete, what else has been hidden from us? And more importantly, how do we fight back?”

I have been moving my studio around and something is wrong with my soundboard. I am getting weird feedback and cannot understand why. I have had this soundboard over 7 years. I am having another one sent to me overnight and it should be here in the morning.

I am moving the shows this week to Monday and Tuesday instead of Saturday and Sunday. I apologize for this unseen issue.

Ruby Creek is notorious in Sasquatch history for a sighting back in 1941. Jeanne Chapman and her children spotted a large creature approaching their house, walking upright on two legs. Giant footprints were left behind, as well as a broken barrel of salted salmon, partially eaten. This sighting was of note because of the amount of physical evidence and it was also the first time that a law enforcement officer from the U.S. travelled to Canada to investigate a Sasquatch incident.

From The Shadows: He Saw Bigfoot Peeking From Behind a Tree

A listener writes “Despite having unusual occurrences from a much younger age, my experience occurred in 1986 in an area called Grizzly Creek Canyon near Glenwood Springs, when I was 17 years old. This is an area that my family had backpacked to for generations.

My grandfather and his brother discovered it somehow, and when my dad was old enough, they would bring him. He in turn would take his younger teenage brother and his brothers-in-law when he was a young adult and eventually began taking us after he was married and had children. Let me start by saying that I hated this place. It had a very creepy vibe and I always felt uncomfortable like I was being watched and intruding. I remember once telling my sister that the energy of the place was if you had to walk on eggshells or risk pissing off mother nature and face her wrath. Now that I am an adult, I understand this feeling is a very strong sense of dread, but I didn’t know how to vocalize it at the time. We camped and backpacked in several locations of Colorado and this place was the only one I truly loathed going to.

The area is strictly a backpacking area, no vehicles can access the canyon floor, and it is a rigorous hike. You access the area by a long wandering drive up past timberline and then begin the decent to the bottom of the canyon, so the hike in is way easier than the hike out. The reason I mention this is because my dad always got some kind of weird man pride about beating his companions out of the canyon on the hike home because it was so hard. Without exception, nearly every time we backpacked there, we would find abandoned campsites. My dad would always chortle when he saw these abandoned sites because he believed the campers weren’t strong enough to make it out and chose to leave their gear behind to lighten the load. I always thought this was odd for such a remote area as we have never seen another living soul on all of the trips we went, and backpacking equipment is expensive, so it would seem like a last resort to leave your gear, just because the hike out is rigorous. And the abandoned sites weren’t just abandoned, they were destroyed. Tents shredded and ripped apart, clothes and coats tossed everywhere, backpacks, and backpack cook stoves mangled, twisted, bent and tossed into the tops of trees. Super weird, and my dad’s explanation for it was always animals. I agree a bear could destroy a tent and possibly a backpack and stove, but would it carry it up into a tree? His explanation for that was always the same-porcupines. We would “clean” the sites by burning the flammable leftovers and carrying out and disposing of the nonflammable items

I need to take a moment to describe the terrain we are in. As I mentioned, the canyon hike starts above timberline, and we were on the north side. The forest on this side is primarily aspen, when you cross the creek (which we never did) the woods are incredibly dense pine, spruce, fir etc, mingled with choke cherry and other high altitude shrub vegetation. The canyon floor is primarily high mountain meadow and grass with sporadic groves of aspen and pine. The trees by the creek were primarily ponderosa pine on both sides of the creek. We usually chose to camp right next to the creek or in one of the groves farther from the water.

The day we had our encounter was our first day on the trip, on this occasion it was my whole family so myself 17, my two sisters 15 and 13, my young brother 7, both parents and two dogs. The minute I hit the tree line the sense of dread was stronger than usual and almost overwhelming. I glanced at my sister, and she just nodded, and I could tell she felt it too. We found our favorite site and set up camp. On this trip there was minimal debris left behind, mostly clothes, which we burned. The whole day I still felt uneasy as if I were being watched or intruding. We decided to take a hike down the canyon. After several hours of hiking came to a large clearing of flat rock that jutted out over a fishing hole in the creek. The entire area of this clearing was littered w/clothing some very old that appeared to be from the 1960’s, 1970’s and 1980’s. Some of the clothes were in the trees and some were piled around the rock area. It was very creepy, and the place smelled bad. I felt the strongest urge to get the hell out of there, and I asked my dad what the hell this place was and he floated the idea that it was a homeless camp (which did not make me feel any better) but no homeless person would survive there and if so why throw your clothing into the tops of these trees? After several minutes of me and my sister begging him, he agreed to leave. We made it back to camp and my dad sent me and my sister to the creek to get water. While we were getting water the dread and fear nearly overwhelmed me because I could feel it coming from in front of me from the conifer side of the canyon and you couldn’t see more than 6-10 inches into the woods. I asked her about it too and she agreed, and she said something I will never forget. She said, “As I look into the woods across the creek I wouldn’t be surprised to see a big angry ape staring back at me.” We made it back to our campsite and other than feeling uneasy the rest of the day was uneventful, until it wasn’t.

It was night and we were sitting around the campfire talking. And then all hell broke loose at once. A foul smell came into the camp, I remember saying “Oh my god what is that smell?” But before I could finish that sentence the dogs went crazy, barking and growling staring past our campfire behind the tent. My dad yelling for my mom to get the gun was holding the dogs back by their scruff and they were pulling so hard that they were actually standing on their hind legs. Then whatever it was vocalized at us-LOUD and it was not very far away, just outside the light of our campfire. I felt the vibrations in my body as this thing yelled at us. It was an undulating garbled deep throated yell as it vocalized 2 or 3 times, each time the sound started slow and then built in intensity. I spent my life trying to describe what I heard, and it was impossible to duplicate. I finally read Ron Mooreheads book about 5 years ago and he included his recordings and sure enough there it was. The same garbled angry sound you play in your introduction. To this day I have to skip your intro because when I hear that clip I still have physiological responses to it. Then as quick as it came the smell dissipated, the dogs calmed down, and we didn’t hear another sound. I do remember diving into the tent and then crying when I realized the tent was not going to protect me from whatever made that sound. The sound was unlike anything I have ever heard, and it was not an elk, bear, or mountain lion.

I have more stories too from my dad and my grandfather about strange things that happened to them throughout the years if you are interested in hearing them, but I assume this email is already probably longer than you wanted to read! I also have some weird things that would happen to us in another area that we would “civilize” camp on the back side of Pikes Peak, and most recently about 2 years ago I was rock hounding in a crystal mine in Arkansas and had that same dreadful sense of presence and ran across some footprints that I took photos of if you would like to see those.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.”

A listener writes “I live in the SW corner of Missouri. Where these encounters happened was on my parents property which is just a few miles from the Mark Twain National Forest. I have two stories that I’m pretty positive was Bigfoot and one that is just a strange noise that I can’t pinpoint.
The first encounter happened when I was about 12 I’d say, so about the year 2000.

A little preface, my grandpa had bought this small camper trailer and stripped the insides to use in an old school bus he was converting to a camper. My cousin and I made it into our own little “play house” and played in it all the time. It was parked on the edge of the wood line about 125 feet from my aunt and uncle’s house. We decided to sleep in it one night along with 2 of my other cousins. So when dark came we got ourselves all set up and went to bed.

We woke up at some point in the night and had to go to the bathroom, so we walked up to the house and did our business and then headed back to the camper. I’m not sure how long we had been back and gotten ourselves settled and such but I’m gonna guess somewhere between 30 min to an hour. Well we were awoken to something hitting the door handle on the camper. Now, this camper had one of those doors with like the 3 frosted windowpanes in it so you couldn’t see a definitive shape or any kind of features, but it was hitting the door handle and all of the windows were blocked out black so it was taking up every bit of space outside of that door. That went on for I’d say 30 seconds maybe and then it stopped and we had nothing else happen and we didn’t leave that camper until daylight!

My second story happens a few years later and this was actually about 2-3 miles as the crow flies (just down the road) from where the first story happened. My dad and uncle shared the property where the first story happened and then a few years later my aunt and uncle bought some property just down the road from there. So my cousin and I decided to go camping down in the gully on the property. We basically lived in tents during the summer when we were kids, we were always camping out at the other property where my parents still live so this wasn’t a first time adventure for us. So the camping site we picked was down the hill from my cousin’s house at the bottom of the gully by the creek bed which was dry.

I’d say it’s about half a mile from the house. We had gotten our tent all set up earlier that day and then headed back up to the house for dinner and such before we headed down for the night. It’s starting to get dark so we head down to the tent and get inside and we always brought a deck of cards with us and a knife and flashlight and of course our sleeping bags and pillows and that was basically it. So we played cards for a bit before deciding to go to sleep. One of their dogs had followed us down so he was asleep outside the tent. Well we were awoken to the dog absolutely freaking out running around the tent whimpering and wining and losing it’s mind. So of course we are startled awake and on alert and then all of a sudden we here what I can only describe as a huge gorilla sound. It sounded like 3 big grunt sounds. So we get the flashlight and unzip the very top of the tent and stick the flashlight out and peek out eyes out to try and see what it was. We didn’t see anything of course. The dog finally settled down or took off I’m not sure which but what is odd is we never heard any footsteps or rustling or any sounds of an animal walking off or away from the tent after we heard those sounds. It of course took my a long time to fall back asleep as I’m laying there shaking so bad. I’ve talked to my cousin about both of these since they’ve happened and her memory is just as mine is, but she tries to rationalize it and chalk it up to something other than Bigfoot.

My third story like I said is just a strange noise that I’m not sure what to make of it and neither of my cousins can say what it was either. As kids we basically lived in the woods, I mean all day every day we were somewhere traipsing thru the woods so we were very familiar with our landscape and the sounds and the animals. One day me and two of my cousins were down by a pond we had in a small clearing before you head into the thick woods. It was late summer so the pond was dry and we were standing in the middle of it just goofing around when all of a sudden we here this noise that I can only describe as a pack of wild hogs and a bunch of growling. Needless to say we looked at each other and sprinted for dear life back up the hill. Lol I still can hear that sound in my head and have no idea what to even compare it too and what it could possibly be. I have a few quick stories of incidents that have happened to my dad and my husband as well as my kid.”

A listener writes “Long story and I’ll try and keep it short, but I’ve been interested in the Bigfoot/Sasquatch topic for a very long time.. Back in June of 1983, I had an interesting & terrifying experience that I can’t explain that happened to me while on a yearly summer camping trip I used to take with my best friend’s family. The encounter occurred just North of Aspen Colorado, just outside of Snowmass/Basalt Colorado- somewhere in the White River National Forest.

Essentially, my childhood buddy, Todd and I had been dropped off by his brother Greg – to go hike and fish, while I was on my yearly childhood camping trip with a family that my family was best friends with . We were both about 13 years old. Todd and I hopped out of the Jeep and went and hiked – out in the middle of nowhere- in the White River National Forest- with our fishing poles & tackle box. We knew there were a couple small lakes/ponds in the area. After hiking for about 15 minutes, Todd and I found this small lake/beaver pond – surrounded by a thick Pine Tree forest about a quarter mile into our hike. We decided to give it a try and we each went our separate ways and started to fish. Todd had gone to the other side of this pond/small lake and I was fishing this area of the pond where the thickest part of the forest started about 30 yards behind me. I remember that It had gotten REALLY QUIET about 20 minutes into fishing and I started feeling like I was being watched? I remember becoming kind of ‘creeped out’ because of how deadly quiet it had become.. I can also remember that I was standing in the water up to my calves with my feet slowly sinking in the silty bottom of this pond. I had just seen, what I thought, was a big fish jump out of the water followed by a huge splash!! However, I realized, pretty quickly, that the splash was NOT a fish jumping, rather, SOMETHING was throwing large stones at me from this very dark and dense part of the forest- that was about 30 yards to my back. About a minute or so later, another crashing sound, followed by a big splash-had occurred about 10 feet to my left. 30 seconds later, again, another splash but this time, I caught something, out of the corner of my eye, arcing out from the forest hitting some tree branches on its way out of the trees and splashing, with authority, into the water- way too close for comfort!

This time it hit the water about 5 feet from me, soaking me pretty thoroughly! My initial concern was that these were not small rocks..They were the size of about a 10 pound bowling ball and they were being thrown well over 50 yards from this dense group of pine trees. I whipped my head around, thinking I was going to see Todd’s brother Greg chucking these stones at me and having a good laugh!? I scanned the trees looking for whatever asshole was hiding out there who damn near just hit me with a huge rock!!? However, I never saw anything other than a bunch of huge pine trees and shadows!? I can’t reiterate enough that I scanned this area THOROUGHLY, several times- My heart was beating so hard and loud I could hear it in my own ears!! Do 13 year old boys have heart attacks? It scared, no, it SHOCKED and FRIGHTENED me because I knew in my soul that Todd’s 16 year old, skinny brother Greg was not capable of throwing a huge rock that far and that accurately. At about that same time, I heard the sound of a Jeep engine along with some 1980’s Rock music coming from the road- on the other side of the lake.. It was Greg in his Jeep, coming back to pick Todd and I up!? I was young but that was the first time in my life that I think I truly understood the expression; “What the F????” I was completely confused at this point, shaking with fear and I just remember how my feet were still sinking in this mushy silt, as if it was trying to hold me there, in place- so this entity could have one more opportunity to incapacitate me with another large stone! I just couldn’t get out of that water fast enough!! Finally , I was able to get both of my feet out of this quick sand like substance and I threw my sneakers back on- still covered in mud and silt and started running towards Greg’s Jeep. My feet were squishing and pond silt was squirting out of my sneakers the whole way back to the Jeep. As I recall, I think I just left my pole and tackle box right there!? Whatever it was can keep my Zebco 202 and Old Salmon Eggs!! I didn’t give a sh-t!! By the time I got back to the Jeep, Todd and Greg were arguing about something so i didn’t say a word- to ANYBODY because I hadn’t had time to process what may have just happened- not to mention, those guys wouldn’t have believed me anyway and in Todd & Gregs family, hazing was a sport as well as an expression of art! But moreover, my brain was not ready to try and explain what I still hadn’t fully processed…

Anyway, it was bizarre and, at the time, I don’t even think I had heard or known about “Bigfoot” as I was only 12-13years old…I just kept it to myself and racked it up as maybe a “ghost” or just one of those strange things in life that just happens and that just does not make any sense!? I do remember that I was very quiet during the drive back to our campsite and Greg and Todd were bickering about something the whole drive back to our camping area, which, for me, was probably a huge blessing in disguise!?

Fast forward about 25 years and I was up at our “Peacock Family Cabin” at Lake LIttle Cut Foot Sioux in North Central Minnesota- sometime in the spring of 2008. My uncle Ernie and I had to run down to the small marina/dock to get more live bait..As we drove with Lake LIttle Cut Foot Sioux to our right hand side, Ernie had pointed out an area on the side of the road, down by the lake where his Indian buddy “Arnie” and his family, used to have issues with a family of Bigfoots that used to throw rocks at them, whenever they tried to fish this specific area of the lake!?!? WHOA!!!!!!!!………… All of the sudden, the memory of this event that happened to me back in 1983- hit me like a ton of bricks, Literally LIKE A TON OF BRICKS!!! (Think of the “Zoom in and Pan Out” effect that movie directors love to use).. Could that have been a Sasquatch throwing these large rocks at me back in 1983 while fishing in the White River National Forest?!! The more and more I think about it and, as I’ve learned more about these creatures over the years, I really do think that that may have been the case?!? Whatever it was, left an indelible mark on me because it was something that was definitely, out of the ordinary- and has been intertwined with a paranormal and unexplained oura that’s been “boilerplated” within my soul from that day on!”

The Confessionals writes “In episode 734: Whistleblower Encountered Alien While in ‘The Program’ at Area 51, Jason Sands reveals his extraordinary experiences within a classified military program that he was chosen for—one that operates in the shadows of the U.S. government. A former Air Force intelligence specialist, Jason shares how he was recruited into a secretive initiative at Nellis Air Force Base, a place where reality bends and the unknown becomes undeniable.

Jason recounts the chilling moment he encountered a being unlike anything he had ever seen—an entity with no ears, oversized eyes, and a request for a mysterious metallic material. He details the telepathic communication that defied explanation, the missing time he experienced, and the eerie realization that his convoy companions seemed almost entranced.

From his early childhood UFO sighting to the revelations he uncovered in the program, Jason’s testimony raises staggering questions: What are these entities, really? Are they from another star system, another dimension, or something even more unfathomable? And why does the government go to such great lengths to keep it all hidden?”
