This is completely unscientific with the very blurry subject to access body apendages, especially if this is a man in a loosly fitting suit. It certainly is not a bear when one watches the whole video, especially the first generation that made the internet 14 years ago. It is either a real Bigfoot or a human hoax. Back in the day I thought it likely to be a real Bigfoot, mostly by the casual toss of a large piece of tree bark it just flicked into the water that made a pretty good splash. Also the way it quickly came up off its haunches. Other people have said it was a hoax because the witness stated at some date that it was, although I have not seen where he did.
