I listened to ep:1245 yesterday morning and your guest said he heard a roar that sounded like a lion thru an elephant (if I remember correctly). The attached is what I capture march 7th in Florida while in an expedition with my homemade parabolic. I was wondering if this is close to what was heard.

Lot of people do not know what a parabolic mirror is. Used right they can intensely amplify sound, far beyond an ordinary cell phone and dedicated mini recorder. This was a good example.
