And also why does something that much bigger than us feel like it has to throw things at us? Why not just approach and make us leave or smash us to bits? That is why I dont think they are as smart as people say they are. If that was a human that was 12 feet tall and another species half our size we would damn sure run it off and throwing twigs wouldn’t be the method used.

Is there no video? Something that big could be a small structure with residual heat from the sun.

The larger subject is not as ‘solid’ as the mans figure. Alex, wearing clothes, gives off a significant heat signature. The larger subjects heat signature, being ‘naked’, should be even more so.

I love Jonathan’s work and watch his videos regularly. This is the best thermal pic that I have ever seen, to show a known thermal, Alex, and that huge creature following his in one thermal is just amazing. Jonathan has such a relaxed way of talking while videoing his research areas that you almost feel you are there.
