A very big creature about 9 foot tall, grayish blonde in color

Interesting report about seeing a creature and finding a deer kill, reminds me of Friday nights show.

The report says “On January 9th, 2015 @ about 5:20-5:30 p.m. at Canyon Lake, Texas, my family and I were backing out of our drive way, and the weather was bad that day, kind of hazy, misty rain, and it was about 37 degrees. I had my high beams on because it was beginning to get dark outside.

As I backed out of the driveway my lights caught the attention of a very big creature about 9 foot tall grayish blonde in color with a 4 to 4 1/2 ft across from shoulder to shoulder, standing in front of an oak tree, it turn towards me from about 40 yards away, and it stood with its arms down at it’s side, I asked my son to look and I looked away briefly, when I looked back it was gone.

The following Friday my wife and step daughter, while walking along the shoreline of the lake, discovered a bloody and strange deer kill site (fresh kill), the deer’s neck was broken and twisted all he way around, lungs, heart, and liver were gone and the deer’s intestinal content was thrown about, the back half of the deer was eaten, the front shoulder was eaten, but not the other shoulder.”

Wow! What a thorough investigation and report! There’s a lot of helpful details that many people might overlook. I sure would like to know what the game warden had to say about this account!?

That is a pretty detailed report. I’d like to hear him tell his story to Wes on the air some day. The Gentleman seems to be very detail oriented and would make an interesting interview IMHO. BTW, what’s so great about being first?

LOL…THE “FIRST” COMMENT DEBACLE is an urban term, created by teens, to describe the first person to post a comment in the forum regarding a picture, video, article, etc.

There are many different opinions about the concept. Some believe that it is a highly sought after position, as it reflects your superior internet skills (lol), yet at the same time, others view it as a childesh attempt to make yourself “cool” and “popular”, and still others use it to “show off” because they can beat all others…this is all so comical (IMO).

Also, many who use it are under the incorrect assumption that they are the first to comment, which is ironic in that only comments which refer to the subject are actually the real first comments. More often than not, people just use it as an opportunity to say “First, Second, Third”, and so on.

Most SC members, being adults, are aware of this information, and most of us just do it to be silly (None of us really use it in the ways listed above!) Some of us enjoy it and others do not. Personally, I think it adds a little playful humor to the site because sometimes we can get too serious. It’s really no big deal, just a way to lighten the mood…

Hi Wes, I’m wondering if anyone watches the t.v. show Alone. The show about individuals surviving alone on Vancouver Island. Anyway, on the last episode the woman named Nichole was singing and all of a sudden she hears a ruckus across the pond from where she is. I’m telling you it was that samurai chatter and it was very, very loud. At one point you see a bear who is on that side of the pond and it looks up at this vocalizations. I had taped it and showed it to my sister and she couldn’t hardly believe it when she heard it. It is definitely worth taking a listen.

I seen that…it was a very creepy sound! The cast member, Nicole from Oregon even referenced that it sounded like a Sasquatch.
      Check it out…”Alone”, episode 2 or 3 aired 5/5/16

Really? I live about 15 miles south of Canyon Lake. Never would’ve thunk a Bigfoot lurked up there. Hmmmmm. Only 30 miles from San Antonio as well.

      Hey Derek
Small world indeed. Ever thought about that Big Thicket Expedition for $500? I used to live in Tyler, Texas. Took a few motorcycle trips down that way and it’s a perfect place for them. I camped out near where they operate. Didn’t hear or see anything though. Still, it sounds interesting.

I actually have been thinking about the expedition. I drive a big rig and I’m gone 6 days at a time so my off days rotate. But yes I want to go……Bob and Mo and the crew sure sound like they know what there doing. Would love to get some recording and possibly a cast of a footprint

The wood knocking sound produced by the fist is likely indicative of unusually high bone density combined with the force a large massive creature can produce.

I once had a 220lb martial art instructor who would casually rap his knuckles on the walls as he walked down the cinder block hallway to class. When he did this it sounded like someone hitting the wall with a sledgehammer. At first we didn’t know what he was doing to produce the sound. When asked, he showed us but no one could reproduce it. When the average person did it, the sound was very quiet and week, more like a feint tapping, additionally it hurt too much for someone with untrained bones to hit hard enough to be any louder. If you shook the instructor’s hand it felt waaaay heavier than it “should”. His bone density was significantly higher from decades of hitting bricks and heavy objects. Check out “Wolff’s Law”

“Wolff’s law is a theory developed by the German anatomist and surgeon Julius Wolff (1836–1902) in the 19th century that states that bone in a healthy person or animal will adapt to the loads under which it is placed.”
