A listener writes “It happened between 1996 and 97 me and my wife was camping and New Hampshire we often go there to camp now we have Kim all over the East Coast and I have experience all kinds of Wildlife but I don’t have any kind of experience like this it was late in the cabin season around October we arrived Log Cabin spot somewhere in the morning it was sunny but not too cold so we set up our Campground I made of Fire I start making breakfast usual thing bacon eggs English muffins coffee then we heard a loud noise coming from the trees behind us it wasn’t too loud and out came a deer event right into our Campground and it looks very confused I had never seen a deer do this could have almost touched it it was so close it proceeded to run to the right of us where our car was parked it jumped over the car and ran out of sight the day pass with no other events we sat around the fire that night our Campground was on the edge of a hill we heard some strange I heard so strange language coming from below I figured perhaps it was someone else camping below our Hill it sounded like Japanese when I wasn’t too sure that night we went to bed my wife falls asleep quickly she’s always been a hard sleeper I can hear things hitting the top of the tent I figured it may just be a corns or Things falling off the the tree that morning I went outside and found lots of small rocks in a pile on top of the tent assume on the ground I also looked down the hill to see if there’s another campsite but there was nothing so I could not explain the voice that I heard I never thought too much about it but that’s the years went by one day I heard one of your episodes and they were talking about the samurai sound and you play a sample of it and then that’s what I put two and two together I figured it out”

That must be a real shock when you hear a sound known to be bigfoot on the internet and you realize you have heard that same sound when you were camping accompanied by other signs and indicators that it was Sasquatch. Thanks for telling of your encounter.
