A Conversation Between Three Voices

The witness describes several trips to this property and the feeling of being watched and dread. The witness also reports her name being called from the woodline.

The witness writes “We have some property in New Mexico 45 minutes to the Arizona boarder near the Gila National Forrest. It is remote with very little homes built around us. We would camp on the property in a tent this is when we lived closer and would get way to relax. We had no issues or concerns as we walked all 6 acres and camped several visits.

Six months or so and we headed to camp on our property When we arrived I had an uneasy feeling. We went back into the property and set up camp. First couple of days and nights no issues. We had two little dogs with us, a long haired dachshund and a Havanese. (We call them our boys). The dachshund by the way, sine our arrival was always on the alert. The entire time I kept feeling as someone was watching us. My husband did not and on day three he took the boys for another walk. I sat to read a book and relax. I kept feeling I was being watched and I couldn’t shake it.

I heard a pine cone drop, then another. I glanced behind me, as that was the direction I thought I heard them fall. Then I heard what was my husbands voice calling my name. I looked up but he wasn’t there. So I continued to glance up because of that feeling. I heard my name again so I stood up and looked over in the direction. I looked up towards the tree and nothing. I also backed away from the voice and I was about to sit down after I had moved my chair to have better sight towards where I heard the voice and the way that my husband would return and just as I did my husband walked up. I asked him he called my name and he stated “ no. I just got back”.

After that, nothing until that night. I was feeling very uneasy and said we were sleeping in the Jeep. He said it would be fine, because I was not going to sleep in the tent that night. We finished out the day and retired to the Jeep. We always have the vehicle pointed in the direction to leave in a hurry should that be needed. It was a cold night so he boys slept with us in the Jeep. We had fallen a sleep and then I was awaken by a loud whistle. I waited and heard another one.

Our dachshund and I looked at each other ( I swear we both had wide eyes)and then out the window, the windows are tinted so we could not see out and a flashlight would not have been helpful. We do have elk on the property, but it definitely was not an elk. The next thing I know I am hearing voices. It was a conversation between three voices. All different pitches. A tenor, alto, and another alto but different. It was like the voices were just out of hearing range but you could hear them, if that makes sense. It was not German ( or any Slavic language), English, Spanish (or any Romance language) nor Japanese. I woke up my husband, he listened but did not hear anything, waited, then fell back asleep. Shortly afterward we heard another whistle further away, another conversation, then it stopped. Nothing! It took me while to fall back asleep.

The next morning, we searched for tracks around the property, nothing. So we stayed another day and night, no issues, then headed to our destination.

We recently stopped and had plan on spending the day but unfortunately our plans quickly changed. That time there were no uneasiness, in fact I was disappointed we couldn’t stay. Not sure when we will be back, hopefully soon but now it is a long drive to get there.”
