Grassman58 says “This is audio we captured over two days of camping up on Sand Canyon Rd just north of Chewelah, Wa. Everything seemed pretty mellow for those couple of days but the first night we did hear one wood knock while we were in our tents and that will be the first sound you will hear. The second night we captured a whistle around 3 am or so and shortly after that we captured what I thought was stick tapping but after listening to it several times it almost sounds like rock clacking. This is all we did capture for those two days. While we were packing up to leave the last day we did hear something heavy moving in the tree line just outside of our camp. And that was the area where the rock clacking was coming from but we never did see what was moving in there.”

I guess this is only as good as the word and integrity of who ever recorded it. It would be the easiest things to fake…

Sounds good to me. Thanks. j.v.

sounded like an elk walking thru timber and snapping off branches when his antlers hit them. nothing conclusive to prove it was anything else.

Exactly, it could be anything or anyone….
