Encounters around the fire

Grassman58 shares his father’s story, he writes “A tribute to my father. He is the real reason why I spend my free time looking for bigfoot.

I was raised on his stories of bigfoot while sitting around the campfire on our family camping trips when I was a kid.”

Got to love a good campfire story! Thanks Grassman. My cousin and I were camping on a old railroad grade back in the mid 90’s. We were just about asleep when we heard a good sized tree snap and hit the ground. We jumped up, threw a empty box on the fire, and were looking for anything to protect us. We had a chainsaw, but it was on the other side of the road. We didn’t have a car to jump into, so we just stood there waiting for a giant Sasquatch to jump out to kill us. Well nothing happened except a truck drove by around 2:00 am. It scared the holy crap out of us though!
