I’ve been in contact with Paul Hayes and I’m still trying to get him on with Wes to do an episode. He’s got lots of stories of encounters including his own. Hopefully we’ll get to hear him here at SC.

Paul does most of his research and had his encounters in eastern Ohio. I know he researches in Stark, Carrol, and Columbiana counties for starters.

Thank Dave T. Excellent counties for sure. Of course dang near any county on other side of Columbus can be good. I live in Darke county just NW of Dayton, but these forest giants are in our area also. Had a friend see one this past June outside of Ludlow Falls, OH at 2 am night along the Stillwater River.
