A listener writes “I grew up in South Texas and this is where my encounter occurred when I was still a child.” Spoke to the witness and he said “Back in 1978, I was 13 years old.
I caught sight of something by my grandfathers barn. This large, what I would describe as a monster came out in the open. It was covered in reddish-brown hair and it was huge. The creature had no neck and was more like a big man. It came out and started in our direction. I have no idea what set it off but I knew it meant us harm.”

I wonder where in South Texas? I live on the far edge of San Antonio, and would be fascinated by more details of this encounter.

I too would be interested in appx place of South Texas. Over a decade ago I had an internet friend who was on the Sasquatch Chronicles in year 2 I believe. His family owned a several hundred acre ranch about 45 minutes NW of San Antonio outside of Comfort, TX. They had what seemed like a family of Bigfoots in that area for at least 2 years. He had a totem pole with all sorts of objects on it that the Bigfoot would take items from and bring in other items, rocks and such. He did see one crossing the ranch road at least once and had a lot of southern investigators including MK Davis visit.
