YouTuber Bob Gymlin writes “This is good chunk of my interview with Randy, the Founder of Midwest Bigfoot Researchers. In 1977, when he was ten years old, Randy had an incredible encounter with a juvenile sasquatch. The ensuing events inspired a life long search for these magnificent creatures.
I highly encourage you to watch this video on the narrative itself first.
You can find that here:
I’m still not really sure what to make of this saga, as is the case with most of the topics I cover, but fortunately, I recorded our discussions so that you can judge for yourself.
Against my better judgement, I decided not to edit the interview down to the ‘good parts.’ Whenever I watch an interview that is highly edited, I always wish they would’ve let it alone. That’s why it is in it’s unabridged form. Plus, I think it’s important to get the whole story and see what Randy is like.”

I have heard him tell a much shorter watered down story of this ,years ago.

Well, once again another story completely shifts my paradigm of what these creatures are. I find the situation where the Sasquatch was able to persuade the boys to remove their cloths, eerily coincides with many missing 411 cases (ie finding the victim without cloths). Seems like the young Squatch had it set in his mind to have a human play friend of his own. This seems to be a case of deficient Squatch parenting.

This was worth watching. I have been a little obsessed over it, can’t stop thinking about it. Probably because of the amazing illustrations. But there is one part I am trying to wrap my head around. When the juvenile sasquatch “Mike” shows off all his bells and whistles in the hay loft, I think at one point he changes the appearance of his own head…to look deer-like. Wonder if that’s an important clue about goatman, dogman, otterman, wendigo, etc. Very interesting!

Well worth the listen, terribly sad ending. Seems to me the juvenile Mike just wanted friends to play with, perhaps he had no siblings or other family units around. And young youthful boys full of play and toys was just his antidote. Had Mike just went with his Mother all would have been OK, but he was strong and athletic and broke away. Again Mike, just like Glagg that had befriended Kevin Laing (RIP) for 3.5 years, words came easy as was mimicing animals. Due to Mikes murder, it is no wonder the Sasquatch are so inclined to stay away from us.

Incredible. But Randy is obviously telling the truth. This one is a don’t-miss for sure.

I’m really sad that the mom and dad lost their son. Other than that, this is a great occurrence and is further proof. Still, so many people will say that there’s no evidence. What do they call occurrences like this? They throw it away and call it fake..
