I remember hearing of a guy in the U.S. doing this as he waited in line to be searched at the airport. He said it was a protest to all the invasion of privacy that law abiding citizens have to go through in order to board a plane. Perhaps this Russian had some other motive.

My first thought was-
TSA would wand him, and pat him down, and send him through the metal detector, then make him throw away his water.
Then- rough him up and arrest him for not showing proper identification !!
