I am canceling the show tonight. I am switching gears this weekend the show will be a tribute to my friend John A. Bindernagel or as I called him “doc.” John meant so much to so many people.
He had been really sick for the last couple of years but didn’t want it public. I spoke to John a week or two ago and he was trying to tell me goodbye but I wouldn’t hear it, I told him he was going to beat the cancer and out live me….sad day…John is the best man I know, he was a hero of mine, someone I strive to be like but no one can be John, there was only one. After John and I would talk on the phone he would always say “bye for now” I asked him why he said that and he said “because it’s never really goodbye Wes” Bye for now my friend, I miss you and I will see you again!
I will be having some special guests that will be coming on to talk about what John meant to them and we will be sharing stories about him you have not heard before. It is a weekend of remembering our friend.
