A listener writes “Hello Wes I’m from Wales, and recently I visited Banff in Canada, I came with my Brothers to visit the Canadian side of my Family on my fathers side and they like to hunt and love the outdoors as well as me.
Long story short when we got there the men of the family had laid out a game plan of what we where going to do for the time we where there, and my uncle said about going walking around Banff National Park and of course I’m very excited about that and I can’t wait to go, fast forward again a couple of days later and that’s where everyone’s world got turned upside down for the worse, by far the most scariest disturbing thing I have ever seen and witnessed and I’m still getting nightmares and it was in August!
Mate I kid you not it was a truly horrendous encounter and of course all the rest of my family think I’m crazy despite my uncles being seasoned hunters and outdoorsmen they still don’t believe! I can’t talk to anyone about this and I really need some help I’m at the end of my rope here!

Spoke to the witness last night and he was visiting family in Canada and they decided to go for a hike in the woods. This is a long encounter with several twists and turns but the witness made the mistake of throwing rocks at the creatures and several of them surrounded him and his family. The witness said “Wes we have stories about trolls where I am from but they are just stories,myths and legends no on really thinks they are real but I know the creatures are real in North America. This encounter changed my life.”
